I stopped blogging for nearly a month of blogging in my attempt to adapt back to my "working for somebody" life at RWS.

As my previous post suggested, i had officially joined back the Universal Studios family and I'm happy to be there as it adds monetary income into my pockets.

However, having worked for nearly a month, It took me long enough but to finally got back to my rich mentality. I know it sounds confusing but i guess there is always a danger of falling into the rat race when somebodies starts work and getting paid for their effort.

I've shared this sentence in alot of my post that Rich people don't work for money, They let money work for them! True or true? TRUE!

So, having acquired my rich thinking, i now find reinforced mindset by reminding myself everyday of "HOW MUCH I HATE WORKING FOR SOMEBODY" feeling. In short, I will remind myself everyday that I WORK TO EXPERIENCE HOW MUCH IT SUCKS TO WORK HARD FOR SOMEBODY'S COMPANY!

For this issue, I'm particularly glad that i have always experience working jobs, being paid at the 'low' salary and that i was able to endure the hardship and long hours of effort put into the job. All this lead me to realize that working and being paid by the hour isn't going to be the answer to my financial question.

Although in my previous post, I was pretty beaten down by the feeling of "NO MONEY" due to being unemployed, my current situation puts me into a trouble that i do NOT want to commit 5 days a week to work for somebody's else! I knew the line to draw between having my stomach fed and being "slightly bettter off" with let's say a $1000 a month for working 5 days a week! I know it sounds confusing here but what i wanted to say is that i should work to an extent that i own both TIME AND sufficient MONEY so that i can concentrate on what's going to be working out for me in the longer term, which is investing/trading.

In Robert Kiyosaki's book, he told that he worked for free at his Rich dad's store in his attempt to experience that exact teaching of RICH PEOPLE DON"T WORK FOR MONEY!

And so, I guess mine experience wasn't far from his. Now, Do you have any similar experience? Or are you thinking that i am dumb to even reject the prospect of working more hours for more money?

When i shared my experience above, i find that i am truly a lucky boy. Had i gotten a higher job like some of the kids that joined RWS in my training group, I might not even have this kind of thoughts and feelings as i have now. So here's an example of why i felt this way. But before that, I know that this is going to open a lot of debates so i am going to suggest that you skip this if you find that i'm totally bull-shitting.

Imagine a 16 year old boy, having left secondary school and wants to start his first part-time job, Should he go for the higher paid ones or the lower paid ones? Which option would you had chosen?

I Believe 9 out of 10 people would have chosen the higher paying job based on the thinking that "since you are going to be putting in the same long hours in work, why not be paid more?" I had experienced that stage of life and frankly, i knew how it felt then.

So, My personal life experience had gone the OTHER way. I chosen a job that paid me $800 a month as a waiter then. This is equivalent to maybe $3.50 an hour i believe. And even in my secondary school days, I guess being paid $3.50 is considered low! During that time, People compared those who are paid low as "working in MacDonald" since i heard from those working in there that the company pay $3.80 an hour!

But human natures love what people known as the Comfort zone. I.e. Since I'm already working at this place and that I'm comfortable with my work load and everything, I guess it's okay if i don't get the higher paying job. And so i had stayed on with lower paid jobs ever since.

But I'm not trying to tell everybody my personal life here cause i know it'll make you sleep. What my point here is, Had i chosen what most people had chosen which is to go for the higher paid job, or had a higher starting pay job as my first job, i believe my life and thinking would have changed.

I asked myself, If i had gotten a $7 an hour job at the age of 16 yrs old, What would my thinking be then? What would be yours?

For me, I'll probably feel that the market is full of opportunities and that an $7 an hour job would make me so much better off at that point of time. Imagine being able to watch movies and buying all the things that you want at a easier rate as compared to $3.50 an hour! It's 2 TIMES the pay!

But what i missed out in that job would probably be the lesson that even Robert Kiyosaki could had missed too, which is NOT to see the teachings that the RICH DO NOT WORK FOR MONEY!

The teaching that i experience by heart is: "Being paid more will never solve a person's financial problem!" True or true? TRUE!

So, If you're currently working and is being paid considerably 'high' in your expectations, I hope that you are also able to at least stand in my shoes and hopefully be able to see where I'm coming from.

Moving on to the Stock Market.

There is going to be a 2nd t3b gathering this year at the end of the month. And i believe that this gathering is going to be the signal that we should be preparing for the bear market.

30 July 2010, it is the date that most Singapore companies are ending their quarter and in 2Q10, the figures are going to tell a lot in the shaping of which direction the stock market would go.

With all the global issues like Countries debt going around, we are going to get a clearer picture when the results were realized. Remember in 1Q10, the stocks were Bullish then before Greece announced that they need the help of the World bank in repaying the bonds due this year.

Keeping that in mind, Most analyst are predicting that the figures announced would most probably disappoint and that having short position would be greatly beneficial if you are IN the market before the tide arrives.

So, what decision will you make? What is your opinion on what's going to come? If you are going to position yourself, This coming monday would be the start.

In my previous post, I wrote about financial Statement acting as 'report card' to a person after his/her schooling days. I find it very useful and reasonable that this system could be the best judge to a person's success in life.

Although success in life also includes a happy love life as well as achieving your non-monetary goals, I shall not discuss them in conjunction with money. I always have this mindset from the Chinese saying: "钱不是万能的，但生活没有钱也是万万不能"

Simple translation would mean money can't buy you everything in life, but we can't survive if without money. I'm pretty sure every people would have heard this statement somewhere, sometime in their life. But what can someone take away from the meaning of this statement? That has to depends on your mindset.

In many of the times, that sentence was only relayed the first verse or "钱不是万能的". I could understand why people always have this mindset. One example could be someone whom despise the Rich and felt that they do not have anything other than their money. So, this person may preach to others that a person should always stay happy and not go for being rich.

Now, Does that idea sound familiar to you? Or maybe you know somebody who may have that mindset. I'm sure there are plenty of people believing in the statement but are struggling in life due the their financial difficulty. I recalled watching TV series and too many a time, the drama would show a happy family with 3 children living happily but the dad is struggling to make ends meet. Thus, The family would lead a poor but 'happy' life.

I guess that would only happen in TV dramas. No offense to anybody here, but i believe that if the family is financially struggling, there ought to be quarrels about money issue. Unless the children are taught to be mature, they would rise questions like "Why my friend's father give him pocket money of $10 a day and i only get $2?"

I told myself, that i would never want that kind of scenario happen to my family, my wife, my children. In fact, I would like to challenge the thinking that "who says being rich in life would be poor in relationships?" or "who says a rich family would not be a happy family?" I aim to prove this statement wrong be being happy and rich in my life!

That's what being success in life would mean to me.

As promised, I've posted my own financial statement which i picked up from Robert Kiyosaki's book. It's a simple chart and i believe anybody is able to do it

I'm currently in a position of a very unhealthy financial situation. I have 4 fixed expenses monthly and i do not have a constant income due to me being unemployed. Although things are going to change once i got back to RWS. My Income would then be able to come in to balance out my 'Profit and Loss statement'. Right Now, I'm currently having a NET LOSS.

As for balance sheet, you may ask why i classified Noble group stock as a liability since it should be considered an Asset. The reason being, Here, the definition of being an ASSET is anything that PUTS MONEY INTO YOUR POCKET! and for the Noble stock, I've made a LOSS which would make it a liability since IT TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY POCKET!

Robert Kiyosaki mentioned in his book that not all stocks you bought are considered ASSETS unless you make it an asset. This, i find it rather true and i agree on his statement. A stock that does not make you money should be considered a liability! What do you think?

Below, I did up the movement of cash or the usage of cash for a normal person.

As you can see, the Orange arrow denotes the Monthly income for the person. This is income normally derived through working a full-time job. Upon getting his/her paycheck, most people would start to enjoy and spend money to what Robert Kiyosaki considered as liabilities. Something like Tour, Dining, Shopping for new shoes, clothes, Etc. All these items are money spend which ultimately takes your monthly income away from you! True or true? TRUE!

Then again, I'm not saying that you should not spend on things that i mentioned above. After-all, what life would you be leading if you don't even do those activities? So, an alternative solution in solving the problem is to adopt the cash movement of a Rich person.

You would have noticed that the liability column is the same as an poor/middle class person. But the major difference, which the rich does while the normal people does not is to buy Assets that would earn them what we known as PASSIVE INCOME!

I do not know how much of understanding you have when people ask you about multiple streams of income but unless you are a professional sports star, lawyer, or any person whom is paid highly in their field of expertise, I would reckon that a single stream of income is insufficient and is the most dangerous thing a person can do to him or herself.

Too many a times have i heard of people getting retrenched and have to start all over again in climbing the corporate ladder. But little did they know that even if you had scaled to the highest on the ladder, you are still on a SINGLE INCOME stream. In other words, all it takes is for you to lose your job and you'll have NOTHING to fall back on! True or true? TRUE!

These not only explains a clearer picture as to why people shouldn't be always looking for job security if they want to leave the rat race, or the financial liquidity trap. This also allows people to go on and do what they really dream of doing or owning. For example, If i dream of owning a BMW, i would not use my direct income to purchase it. I would rather use my direct income to BUY assets enough to generate sufficient money for the purchasing of my BMW!

Now that I've shared a clearer picture as to the difference in the cash movement of the Rich and the Middle/ poor people. You should be the judge of your life and choose.

Which path do you want? Only you can decide and steer your ship towards that goal.

First of all, I have to say that I'm very close to joining back RWS as retail assistant, a job that i quit in April due to my examinations. All that's left is the signing of some documents before I'm reinstated.

Although i have received some offers from Recruit Express, no one offer could fit my expectations and their offers are consider 'low' as compared as what i currently have from RWS.

But that's my solution for the short-term. This whole week, I've been going for interview and meeting up with my BMT mate, Jun Jie.

He is currently a financial planner and he called me up. I agreed. We sat down for 3 sessions separately and i've met his direct mentor in a causal cum recruitment interview. I told them my views about this industry and that this, alongside, Network marketing is one of the best passive income job around.

If i have to choose, I'll probably choose to be a financial planner. Both jobs requires selling skills and face rejection from clients like you see people on the road everyday.

So, I believe that if I'm able to join this industry, I'm sure I'll be able to learn a lot. Here, I'm sharing a meaningful sentence that i came upon when i was reading through Robert Kiyosaki's book.

He says that in our schooling days, we have Report Cards to tell us how we are faring. Most people doesn't know that this 'report card' system follows them through even after they enter the workforce.

And Robert's rich dad call it the Financial Statement of oneself. In short, every person, organization has their own financial statement, including you and I. A brief financial statement includes a Balance sheet statement as well as a Profit and Loss statement.

If you do not already know how are you faring in your finance department, try doing up your own balance sheet, P & L statement to look for yourself.

For the benefit of those who do not know what a Balance sheet and P & L statement is, here's what Robert's foolproof explanation.

1) A Balance sheet have 2 columns, the Asset column and the Liability Column. Anything that PUTS MONEY INTO YOUR POCKET is call an asset. And anything that takes money out of your pocket is called a Liability.

P.s. For people who have taken accounting lessons, I know this definition is open to plenty of debate but i believe you'll understand where I'm coming from once i complete the whole picture.

2) A Profit and Loss Statement have 2 rows. First is known as the Income and the other row is known as Expense. Again, the definition for Income is anything that gives you money is known as Income and anything that takes money from you is known as an Expense.

Now that i've finished the idea, I would strongly recommend you do up yours as well. After summing up your current financial report, you'll probably see for yourself that you actually have a 'high' liability column as well as Expense row. If you're not, Congrats!

In fact, This simple classifying of numbers i would say is basically known as your 'report card' for your grades in 'life'. A lot of people remained on the 'passing' grade after leaving school and enter the work force. But because nobody ever explained anything about financial knowledge to them, they missed out that thought why they did not even have a plan.

As for Robert's rich dad, he would have graded anybody who have not achieve financial freedom at 45 as a 'failure' on the report card.

I'm not very sure if you're able to see the reason why he said that but i do. I agree with all due respects in fact.

How many of you have the experience of , "Now that i've graduated, what's next for me?" feeling? Because i once had this feeling. I felt so lost in life that i do not know where i'm heading.

I hated that feeling. I call it 'wasting my bloody time' feeling since everyday passes by without me actually achieving something towards my goal. OR to begin with, I do not even had a GOAL!

Life without goal is the most depressing moment anybody can experience. For me, I'm glad that i had walked out of that shadow that many people have not. And I now only wants to follow my plan that is to achieve FINANCIAL FREEDOM! True or true? TRUE!

So, Learning the simple idea of 'report cards' to financial statement in life is something that i would classify as a fruit that can only be gained from self-learning.

No way that these stuffs are going to be taught in school in a million years!

The reason being, i could reckon that even the teachers are not Financially educated to be able to pass these important yet forgotten knowledge to their students! True or true? TRUE!

Moving on to the second part of my post, I'll share with you here what i've picked out from the T3b forum.

This is a method that i had just picked up which i believe many other traders would also know if they have not already done so.

What that's not the main topic here. The main topic here is about what is to follow in the coming week.

In preparation to gear themselves into the next 'wave' of action, many t3b students are showing signs that the market is slowly turning into a bear market (downtrend). Which one way of seeing it is as explained above.

However, there are also some arguments that this concern is redundant and that a double dip recession is not going to come.

My view is: depending on how the market numbers being reported, we could see a bear market developing more clearly come end July since it's the financial reporting for most companies in the US for 2Q10.

As for the immediate term, the market could still turn bullish if the recovery continues, beating reports that claim that the recovery is 'not strong'. Deep down, we know that the crisis is not yet over and although the volatility has slightly subsided a little.

This is only the beginning of the turning point. Whether this new path leads North or South, we'll only have a clearer picture as time goes by.

Oh, before i forget, Congratulations to those whom had followed Our mentor, Keane's recommendation of getting their cash in Renminbi because, i just read that CHINA IS going do adopt a flexible exchange rate policy after pegging their currency to the US$ for the past 2 years!

So, for forex traders, this could be a good news! As for stocks, the Chinese stocks are expected to open higher and gain more in tomorrow's trade. So, don't be too surprised if the HSI turns bullish over the next few days as a result of this measure.

And if this factor is an important piece to the puzzle of solving the current Economic crisis, which is something that i believes it is, I would not write off the possibilities of an outright economic recovery.

I'll scan and post up my self made balance sheet and P & L statement once i've finished and you all be able to get a clearer picture in getting your own 'report cards' in LIFE!

Yesterday, I received an email from Chopard Ng. Chopard asked me a number of questions and i thought that maybe you might be confused about what's going on with your investments right now.

I presume that Chopard is also a t3B member from the way you asked question in the email. I shall not disclose any information from his email here for confidentiality reasons.

What made me happy was that i received an email from a fellow trader asking me for advises and i totally do not know where you've gotten my email address from other than from my blog.

But then, what made me disappointed was that you wrote in a manner that you might have some doubts over whether the t3b system actually MAKES you money.

I understand that i may not be in the best position to give you advises especially if i am not already in the level of our mentor, Darren and Derick. But from the little words i read from the email, I could sense that you, my friend had derailed from the plan.

I use the word 'plan' because i believed that Investing is a plan, but not a product or procedure. what we should be wary of is not to develop emotions with the products or procedure. Here's an example to explain what i mean.

Keane lee once taught us that we should not develop 'feelings' with our stocks. But everybody laughed at the level of 'childishness'. But i believe what he actually means is to NOT be attached to only stocks.

An Investment is a plan. A plan that takes you from point A to point B. I call it a plan to take me from what i am now, to what i seek which is financial freedom. I'm sure everybody aims to be financially free rather than to buy and trade stocks for the sake of the trill.

Investing can come in different types of vehicle. Some examples are, Real-estate, Options trading just to name a few. And what I and Terence as well as all the t3b members had chosen was the vehicle of stocks investment.

Whichever method we use in choosing what stocks we buy is also known as the procedures of the 'Plan'. We can use t3b's methods, or we can use others' method like P/E ratio analysis. There's many methods that each individual can choose from. But always remember this important lesson.

We do not fall in love with the vehicle (types of investment), Product (stocks) or the Procedure (trading methods). A example of somebody whom does the above description would be someone who only buys stocks that he like.

For the greater good in achieving your financial freedom, we have to stick to the 'Plan'. Regardless of which vehicle of investment, we will invest as long as you have done your risk-reward calculations and deem it a 'low' risk investment opportunity.

Moving on to my views on what happened to the US market last week.

The DJI closed with a consecutive positive gain which i felt personally that it could be the results of news trading. There were very contradicting analysis on the market. US federal Chairman, Bernanke, claims that the US economy is recovering and we are unlikely to see a double-dip recession.

Another report soon came up with the analyst claiming that Bernanke is Wrong! He claims that the Bear is already here as many people are still believing that the market are still in the 'correction' stage. There is a very popular article that I've read claiming that:

Back in 1930s, people then doesn't know that it was the GREAT Depression then! They thought that it was also 'market correction' not the index fell so low and it did not recover until half a century later!

So, could Bernanke be just fanning more investor's confidence by claiming his stance or is he really speaking the truth? Definitely, He cannot outright declare that the economy is heading for a double-dip recession! So, that is the question we have to think on.

My view is that we have to keep monitoring on whether is US economy actually recovering. Personally, I am not too worried since i believed that the economy that could come out and save the current crisis is China. China has been facing strong pressures to adjust their exchange rate to USD$.

Singapore's market follows closely to the Chinese economy as well and as such, if the stocks that we invest in have major business dealings in China, I believe that the stock is fundamentally strong against the current situation.

Above is the chart for a stock call: SIA engineering. I wanted to highlight this stock because of it's fundamentally strong foundation. Although i had not really done in-dept research as to how much exposure this company has in terms of the European and American continent.

But what i wanted to show here is more of a diagram or example of a fundamentally good stock.

I sort of went MIA (Missing-In-Action) for the past week. Reading the new book i've bought, watching TV series that i had kept until now to watch with my free time. And not to forget, meeting up with friends and also going out with my girlfriend.

Life after exams is Heavenly! I enjoyed this "wake up and think what should i do next feeling". BUT, to maintain my monthly expenses, I know that i need to have a income in the short term. It's been less than 1 month since my exams ended and I myself knows that not having any income from July is going to hurt my wallet badly.

I experienced the feeling of no income with fixed expenses, and i know that i cannot rely just on 1 stream of Income. I'm still into stocks trading but by no means am i withdrawing my financial freedom funds just so that i can go have fun.

I've learn that the reason why many people failed to get rich is because they often prioritize something else first. But if you ask any person, whether they want to be rich, They would undoubtedly agree!

Robert Kiyosaki used 3 different aspects and wanted his students to prioritize. The components are:

1) Comfortable
2) Stability
3) Rich

There is NO right or wrong answer here but it's just that more often than not, People are not doing what the say, or rather, simply prioritizing other factors in front of being rich and that's what they get.

A Poor or middle class person would have prioritized in the above order but a rich person would have prioritized differently:

1) Rich
2) Comfortable
3) stability

Noticed that the stability comes last when it comes to a rich's person's mindset. In the book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", Robert was fortunate to be able to understand that the rich do not work for money. And that in order to have him understand this principle, His mentor, which is his rich dad, wanted Robert to work at one of his shop for FREE!

Most people would have laughed at the scenario or even label it as crazy. But judging by that comment, You're as good as saying: "I will prefer a stability over being Rich unconsciously".

T Harv's lesson once shared that your mind would leads to your thoughts which would then leads to ACTIONS and finally, the results.

These days, i reckon that many people would have gained the financial knowledge or partial knowledge on finance. But before you see the results showing that you're on path to financial freedom, You have to overcome the one step that many had failed.

This step is ACTION! All the thoughts and thinking meant NOTHING if there is no actions taken. It's as good as saying, I know that this stock is going to 'fly' but i choose not to buy it.

Even understanding what it takes to attain financial freedom is not enough if you do not have the resolve to get you translating your thoughts into ACTIONS! And i agree that doing so requires a massive amount of your mental strength.

Here, I'm going to share with you my way of strengthening my Mental muscle. Whenever i find myself feeling doubtful as to a decision what i know deep down, It is going to benefit me, I would ask myself this one question in my mind:

'If you think achieving Financial freedom is important, How and what are you willing to give in order to achieve that?'

or another sentence that i used in strengthening my motivations when i was preparing for my examinations was:

"If you think getting a first class honors for my exams is important, What are you willing to do in order to achieve that?"

My answer was Time and effort. As such, I quit my RWS job and focused only on studying and aiming for the highest. I know that it is not an easy task for everybody to just DO it but i can assure you, It's like going to the gym struggle:

It's the procrastination of whether to go or not that is the hardest part to get by. But once you have gotten pass that stage, You will feel happy that you had made the right decision to go to the gym and results would be a fitter, stronger and healthier body!

So, if you haven't learn anything about what i've posted, at least ask yourself this question:

"What do i want in life? Is it a stable job with high monthly income or a path to financial freedom and richness?"

Lastly, I would like to reinforce this statement that i've shared above:

" Mind Leads to Thoughts which leads to ACTIONS and finally we gets the results!"

If somebody ever ask me what is the most valuable bargain that i had gotten for myself, I'll have to admit that the $17 i paid for the Rich Dad Poor Dad book. Not only had i gain a lot more financial knowledge, I had also learn many new things that i couldn't understand when i went through T. Harv's seminar.

And today, I'm glad to announce that I've bought another book from the Rich Dad series. Prices doesn't matter if this book is able to teach me something more than what the price of the book is worth. To me, the $17 that i paid for this book had already made it's return. It's like buying and taking a vitamin pill to enhance your health. In this case, it's my financial health that I'm referring to.

Without beating around the bush, I'll move directly to what i thought about the Financial market after Friday's situation in the US.

The Dow Jones closed below the 10000 mark for the first time after showing initial signs of recovery for the past 5 trading sessions. And this sell-down sentiment is mainly due to the less than expected results being released on the labor growth section on Friday. Of cause, since I'm been blessed with the Macroeconomics skills that i had picked up from studying in UOL, I shall briefly share with you some fundamentals of Macroeconomics.

The fundamentals of Macroeconomic is derives as gross domestic product (GDP) or we call it output can be derived from various major components.

Equation: GDP = C + I + G + X -M where:

1) C refers to Consumer spending
2) I refers to Private investments
3) G refers to Government spending
4) X refers to Export
5) M refers to Import

Different economies have different weightage in sustaining the GDP growth. US economy is being sustained by 70% coming from the consumer spending (C) whereas Singapore's economy is dependent highly on the Exports (X) section.

What happens during a recession is that consumer spending (C) and Private investment (I) will fall due to lower confidence and people being cautious on their spending and savings behavior. We also know that Exports and Import demands would fall due to the very same reason as what happens to the private sectors.

Thus, In times of recession, the Government spending (G) is the only component that is keeping the GDP in positive figures as the economy moves forward. This explains why in times of recession, the economy growth rate is always being slowed down or at times, even deteriorate. We know that the economies have to sustain the same growth rate despite the withdrawal of the contributions from other major components. In short, Government spending has to increase in order to save the economy or we shall face higher unemployment rate as an consequence of recession.

If you need an example of where to government spend, Singapore's example is that the HDB lift upgrading programme had been brought forward to boost government spending as well as what we are seeing in some of the MRT station which is the implementation of the 'barrier' on the platform. In Singapore, it is known as Government stimulus package. All these expenses were budgeted annually by the government but due the the recession in 2007, the government had to bring forward what was being planned to be implemented slowly in the latter years.

Applying the concept to the current situation, The current Budget deficit crisis in Greece, Spain, Ireland, Portugal and many more economies are caused due to the increment of their government spending back in 2007, and the recent article published in the news that the US faced a debt of USD$18 trillion is the record highest in their history. Basically, we can comment that the economies had been over-heated just like a car engine. And the reason why analyst are monitoring this situation is because the US are signaling to the world that they couldn't save the global economy once again.

And so far, there is no clear way out of how the global economies are going to withdraw their government stimulus package in times like this and still sustain the confidence of the consumers and investors. I had said this previously and i shall say it again:

"We are facing many more signs that could lead us back into a double dip recession if the withdrawal of the government stimulus package isn't done properly."

As for fundamentals, i can write 10 post on it but i guess i should stop here. I'm sure you guys doesn't want to hear how this crisis started but rather, how you could benefit or make money during this crisis. So, here are my views.

The STI would probably open lower come monday after what had happened on Friday. Since Friday's trading day was a positive gain, it would make matter worse. I would say that it is actually a pity as the signs of recovery actually appeared as denoted by the blue ribbon at the bottom of the charts.

Furthermore, The STI had recently broke the peak of 2800 which just few days ago, was giving investors and traders the confidence that the recovery is strong. But the impact of the news released on friday, I would say, is going to have a major impact on the global recovery. As such, here are my insights and analysis.

The SGX stock represents the image of what the Straits Time Index (STI) and if you're fast, you might get a piece of the pie when the market sell-down come Monday's opening. This is also subject to individual's risk appetite. My take is, if you're going to short the SGX counter, monitor the news closely as to whether if there might be a twist in the current 'story' enactment.

I welcome feedback as to whether you would like me to post more economics fundamentals here since i understand that i could get boring at times.

Lastly, I would like to end this post with a sentence i picked up from the Rich Dad, Poor Dad book:

"Winners ain't afraid of losing and people who are afraid of losing can't be winners."

You can play it safe by keeping your money at the bank or you can make a go for the investment opportunity. It's your choice. You choose.

First of all, I have finished reading the book, Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. Here are some points that i had reinforce my mind on and i particularly had deeper understanding as to the sentence:

"I always Pay Myself first!"

If you have not read any books on such financial teachings, you might find this sentence weird. So, I'll start by explaining what this sentence actually means. In life, we are used to paying bills, taxes, shopping expenses and etc. But what we didn't notice is that we have been paying into others people's pocket. One example used in the book was Robert's analogy that an average American work from January to May (5 months out of 12) just to pay his income tax to the government. This shows that government is taking away more than a quarter of an individual's income through taxes.

And most people, after paying for their taxes, had to spend money paying bills and mortgage which eventually leaves them with very little to spare for themselves. If you need an example, just ask yourself, how often have you heard people saying that 'i do not have enough money to spend?' or 'I have not travel overseas for a very long time.?'

My definition of middle income group is people whom are earning higher than what average people are earning and normally has more money to spare after all the taxes and bills due to their higher wages. But in the end, we still hear these people commenting that i have to save 3 months to buy a Gucci.

In the end, i would say that a average person might have his income divided into 3 major payment like this:
Income and service (GST) taxes: 30%
Bills and mortgages : 60%
Personal savings (for whatever expense you want): 10%

Coming back to topic, how does the sentence "I always pay myself first" links to the case here? I would say that among the '3 major expenses', what we pay least is to ourselves! We work so hard for government, for bills and house loans and etc, leaving us with always very little money to 'pay' us! True or true? TRUE!

So, how do we "Always pay ourselves first'? Of cause, we couldn't cut the weightage for the taxes but we can always manipulate the bills section. In fact, most people are accustomed to always pay off their bills first but let's take a step back and think, does it hurt you if you don't pay the bills on time? NO! It'll be the companies that are worrying and what i suggest is to let them be. They'll send you another notice once you missed your payment period and by then, I would say that only then, You pay them.

This is the same theory as an company wanting to delay paying their creditors as much as possible and hope to receive from their debtors as soon as possible so as to increase their cash flow in the running of daily operations.

As individuals, we can also adopt this practice and in our scenario, we should use the whatever money we have from delaying the payment to 'pay for yourself' or in other words, buy an asset, (e.g. stock) and earn some income so as to pay off the creditors and still have partial of your money initially set aside to pay your creditors.

It makes no sense if you're delaying payment to your creditors just so that you feel happy holding money for a addition of 10 days and then paying out the set aside amount again. What you should be doing is, to use this working capital to earn some more money before paying your bills. You never know how much usage this money can make within this period of 10 days.

People can make $1000 into $2000 within 7 days through investing but I'm not going into the investing details here. What I'm trying to bring the point across is that we should always maximize the 'payment'' to ourselves and minimize/ delay the payment to others.

I know that my writing may not bring the best out of what i meant to say since I'm not a professional writer but if you still have trouble understanding what I've written above, just simply ask yourself, Would you choose to

1) Pay your bills with your income directly or
2) Delay paying your bills, use the money you initially wanted to pay your bills and do a short investment, and return with more money than just paying off your bills.

As we draw nearer and nearer to the World Cup event, It seems that a 4 year wait to arguably the World biggest sporting event is finally over. We can rejoice and watch soccer regardless of which international team we support.

But in truth, do we actually only support and watch soccer for the love of it or are we trying to make money out of it by betting on the matches. As we all know, gambling is a habit which is hard to cure. There are some people whom had gambled all their life and calling them to quit is like asking them to stop eating or drinking. It's almost impossible. Even casual gamblers would also come out in betting 1 or 2 matches especially to add onto the spices in watching the games.

When dark horses wins, these people were more than happy because of their pockets getting fatter and fatter. Can you imagine if South Africa team were to beat teams like Brazil, Argentina, England, France, Italy etc to win the World Cup trophy, how many of the bookies, gamblers would have laugh all the way to the bank?

I respect football and i don't find gambling on teams and then supporting the team you've bought is actual love for the game. You can be a England team Supporter but when it comes to football betting, you'll bet on whichever team that has the slightest chance to beat your favorite England team. Then when they wins, your wallet becomes heavier.

Well, you will be surprised as i am when you find that I'm able to link this World Cup event to the financial stock market.

It is statistically shown in the past that when this event command a bigger arena to people that wanna pool their money to make some winnings. So much so that the stock exchange actually sees a unexplainable decline in trading volume during these World Cup period. As such, Analyst comes out with different explanations like World cup comes, trading and stock exchange will under-perform. As there's this saying: "A picture speaks a thousand words"

The chart above shows the Straits Times Index (STI) in 2006, where the last world cup took place. And as you can see, there was a sharp dive in the index near the end of May and the start of June. The index then continued to rebound in July, Coincidentally, where the World Cup event happens to end. And this pattern can also be found in the 2002 chart below.

Of course, you may ask why is there a down-trend after a rebound in July and I've linked the main reason as possible events leading to SARS which eventually sees the index declining and Market being swept into a recession as i had remembered when i was still a secondary school student during that period.

So, historically, we have seen that STI generally declines during the month of June and just today, I've received an email from my broker that volume in June for the world cup event dropped by average of 20% during the past 3 world cup from 1998 to 2006.

My view on this is that if you are a person with higher risk appetite, you may want to consider shorting the Singapore Exchange stock (SGX) which is directly linked to the Straits Times Index.
Of course, Entry and exits rules applies if you are up for it.

Of course, we are still in a volatile situation which so far, still keeping us in the 'recovery' stage from a recession. So, if the STI suffers another sell-down, recovery back in such turbulent times could be slower or this 'sell-down trend' could even lead to the start of a recession for all you know.

So, consider that if we're Short selling the market, And in the event that the market turns into a recession (defined as a consecutive 2 period of under-performing results), we are in the trend for a longer run!

But even if the market rebounds, setting a profit protection could also net you some gain during this joyous event where everybody is happy just to be able to see your favorite international stars battling out for the prestigious trophy.

Of course, this is a trend that can be monitored and i shall continue monitoring the situations and keep everybody posted here. I shall also end this post with a declaration to the Universe:

I skipped a day of post but nevertheless, I shall post what i initially wanted to share on Sunday's post.

Firstly, I bought the book Rich dad, Poor dad by Robert Kiyosaki. I'm going about 25% through on the first night and i find it very motivating to read this. Although i believe many would have heard the synopsis of this book, I shall briefly share in here what I've learn from reading it thus far.

There is this saying that is exactly similar to the teachings of Mentor, T Harv Eker. Robert (Kiyosaki) said:

"Money without financial Intelligence is money soon gone" True or true? TRUE!

I once shared here the reasons why this sentence is so true. For those who have trouble understanding this sentence. I hope this examples would help. Have you ever wondered why some superstars earning millions in their prime could be left bagging for money come retirement age or in their latter stage of their life?

Notice that i purposely chose celebrities because they are mostly the ones whom got rich from fame instantly without having basis of financial knowledge even though there are also some that are actually financially educated. Take a model for example, A young lady in her 20s could shot to fame and start earning millions for maybe the next 15 years until her late 30s if she's pretty enough. But that's not my point here.

My point here, as well as what Robert and T Harv are stressing is:

"It is not the amount of money you earn, but the amount of money you keep!"

Unfortunately, most people are not taught about financial Knowledge in school, and thus, not knowing how money works. Many believed that earning more money is the way out of troubles. But that i believe is that if an individual's mind is not tune to keep the huge amount income they've made, they're bound to lose it. Be it through spending on a high life, buying luxury cars, condos, you name it.

Here's a food for thought if you still disagree on what I've just said in the previous Paragraph.

Ask yourself, what is the first thing you think of if you today found that you had won a lucky draw prize of SGD$1 million dollars. What is the first thing on your mind?

Moving on to i dare say, my area of interest and expertise, I've come to a few articles recently about some analyst saying that some stocks are 'dirt cheap' due to the recent market correction.

And here are my views on this, An objective mind would tell you to weight the pros and cons of the current situation of buying the 'cheap' stocks now. Firstly, the reason why analyst found some stocks that are undervalued now is due to the fact that these companies had strong foundation and base to survive the current credit crisis in Europe.

I received an email today on a recommendation of Noble group stock which company primarily deals with commodities. (E.g. Oil) In this email, It raised the target price of this stock to 'Outperform' due to the fact of the company's strong position in it's capabilities to capitalize the current situation (where oil prices are falling) to buy over some Oil field! It states that the company's balance sheet signifies a huge amount of capital set aside in aiding the day-to-day cash flow activities, thus, re-assuring their creditors that there will not be any cash flow problem in the the short-term.

So, the Micro factors are very favorable and it is now down to the Macro factors, I had stressed time and again that the market's volatility is here to stay unless there is signs of recovery in the credit crisis with the on-going measures being taken by the various Central banks.

I've also received an email from my broker today for the notification of the stock that there is going to be a buy-over for parkway's stock. The company generally invest in the health-care industry and they are the investors for the polyclinics group, Sing-health. I've attached the chart below:

In the email, it stated that the buy-over price for the shares is $3.78 per share. The market opened with a huge 'gap-up' from the previous trading results but is still poised for earnings if any trader could get the stock below the buy-over price. The fluctuation on this stock for the whole trading day was enormous and it isn't too difficult to know that people stopped buying once it hit $3.78 mark as displayed by the highest point of the blue bar.

Just last week, the stock was trading near a low of $3.00 and come monday, it have rebounded to $3.72. So, I would say that that's some neat profit if anybody have bought into this stock when it was hitting low last week.

Although I'm very envious of those whom had profited from this recent event, It is also noticeably to say that our trading methods discourage the entry of this stock especially of the big down bar just 3 trading days ago. Most of the t3b students would have left their positions but seeing this happens come monday may also be hard to take it too.

So, What i want to share here is that although in tradings, some 'crazy' events like this happens when people ditched their stocks and the next thing, the stock 'flies' and recovers. We SHOULD be reminded that having such thoughts of holding stocks when the stock broke the red bottom (trough) line as well as the big down bar come is still dangerous and not something that t3b students are recommended to do.

I would like to end today's post with a sentence from one of my t3b mentor, Derrick.

"You think that next time the stock break the trough line, you should not SELL since it'll rebound back anyway. You can get away from these 'mistake' 1 time, 2 time or maybe even 3 times but it just need one dig down bar (with no signs of recovery instantly) and your capital is being wiped off cleanly."

Friday night, my sister sat down with me in my room at around midnight. She wanted to have a talk with me. It is regarding her recent job with LFI. Yes, it's the networking MLM company based in Aljunied. My sister had joined the company upon her graduation along with her friends i believe.

So the first thing i asked her was: "Do you know what is Passive Income?" whereby she replied: "Yes, It's about having money even when you don't work." I guess everybody who joins these companies ought to know that at least.

So, the next thing i asked was, "What do you know about Financial Freedom?" These time, she gave me an answer that was a less convincing one. She said: "Financial freedom is being able to do what you want to do."

Although i got to say that she got it partly correct, it is this danger of knowing part of the 'whole' picture that many people had tried and failed in the networking system without even learning the lessons of the outcome. I always believe that be it a success or failure, there is a lesson to be learn behind every event.

We had a moment of silence before i continued speaking. I told her, I actually had been in Networking companies in the past and the reason i left was because i didn't find this 'vehicle' to success suitable to me. or rather, I wasn't ready for it yet. My mindset then was to enjoy the benefits that many 'seniors' had preached about, The car achievers, the freedom of doing whatever you want. But least did i know that my thinking was too naive. I related my experiences of the last to my sister. She agreed.

From my experience, I warned her about setting expectations to financial success. And i was very frank to her in telling her that this company she's working at have a stint name in networking companies. Mainly due to the techniques the networkers used in getting friends.

I wouldn't blame most of these networking companies that telling potential 'recruits' that they could achieve financial freedom in as quickly as 2-3 years. Many had believed based on that. And many had set expectations of financial freedom in 2-3 years. And Many had failed miserably.

So, i gave my sister some suggestions. I told her that the reason many people in the networking line had bad reputation is because not everybody understand the true meaning of networking. They didn't even care whether or not the relatives they're trying to sell their product to, really needs this item. All they think about was closing the deal.

I told my sister, If you want to continue working in this field. You'll have to learn not only the selling techniques, but more importantly, is to train your mind in being able to see the true benefits of networking.

We had a long chat of almost 90 minutes and i ended the night by giving her the very book that changed my life. It's called: "Secrets of the Millionaire mind by T. Harv Eker" I told her to read this book, and after reading it, to tell me what she had learn. On top of that, I have offered my support in telling her to go all out and try this field. If she does have any problem, she can fall back and seek advice from me. That's what being a brother is all about. I'll be here if you need me.

So that's my first ever 'formal' conversation with my sister above her future. And I hope it doesn't stopped at that. I wouldn't be happy until my sister had understand the true meaning of financial freedom and passive income. For the mindset is the only 'vehicle' that can only to taught and trained by the individual herself.

Moving on, I shall share my view on what happened on Friday night in the US stock market.

Before i continue, I guess i should explain that A red bar represents that the trading day had a negative closing results as compared to the opening figure. For example, the opening Dow Jones Index (DJI) on 28th May is 10258 points and the closing figure is 10095.9, we see a closing figure lesser that the opening figure and as such, we concluded that there is a loss and represent it as a RED bar. Vice verse, The BLUE bar represents the closing figure higher than the opening figures and thus representing a gain.

As you can see, I've highlighted the activity pattern for the whole month of May. It is a repeated pattern of cycle. There is typical a weak rebound for every 2 to 3 days of sell-down. And the last trading day was a sell-down over the news that Spain had been downgraded for it's credit ratings.

So, If you had read my previous post, I would classify the Spain news as a negative one which one might say that it could affects the STI come Monday. Again, there have been signs and reports of the recovery/rebounding activity in recent times and whether this Spain news is a knee jerking reaction of sell-down remains to be known.

Let's hope that this market continue to rebound and not forget to catch the trend if the 2nd peak formed and with momentum pushing towards it. Of course, If you are adding positions, I advised in going in with a small amount of capital in case you need to cut loss.

There's this saying in the T3b forum: "Never catch a falling knife" which means that if you want to enter the market which is still volatile, you are not recommended to enter with your full force of capital less you catch the "falling knife" of a sudden downtrend and suffer a enormous cut loss.

With that, I wish everybody happy trading and a positive gain in Monday's opening STI.

I hope everybody is enjoying this public holiday because i spent mine at home watching the HBO series "The Pacific" by the creators of 'band of brothers". I've got to comment, that the series is as good, if not better. Band of brothers focused their warfare in the European front whereas this series, played on the World War 2 in the Pacific.

The US marines were deployed heavy in the initial assault on the war fronts and some live to tell the story as of what was filmed in this series. I love it, and it reminds me of the movie: "The Last Samurai" because that movie is arguably the BEST movie I've watched. Rather, i would consider that movie a classic because of the combination of modern and traditional warfare. It's the typical Guns V.S. Swords battle that caught my eye and imagination. Documentary movies are very encouraging as it tells a meaning or contribution a person has in history. Take the Movie "Ip Man" for example, Nobody would have heard of his name before the show, and now, I guess many non-martial artist would have as least know about this person.

Well, That's for sharing what i did today while the stock market was close. However, I do monitor the Hang Seng Index (HSI) which is the index for the Hong Kong stock exchange (HKSE). Hong Kong isn't having any holidays today so trading was as usual and here's the Chart i took out.

Today's trade ended with a very big blue bar. So, one may ask how 'big' is big? The answer is to compare with the others you see in the chart. Does it looks big to you?

If you still need convincing over whether it's huge, Maybe numerical figures could help. The HSI recorded a gain of +335.34 points. Now that's considered quite high for a daily trade figure.

You might ask what does the Singapore's stock market got to do with the Hong Kong exchange. Well, the fact is, Financial markets are interconnected. And Singapore's exchange follows heavily with the movement of the Dow Jones Industrial (for US) and HSI (HK).

The reason why Hong Kong is because Singaporeans are not able to buy shares in China. Only the Chinese people from People's republic of china could buy them. However, the Chinese companies are not stupid, They did duel Listing onto the Hong Kong market to make more investment capital. So, it is known to traders and investors that if you wanna invest in China, you'll have to buy shares off the HKSE which is why I am also monitoring the Hang Seng Index (HSI)

Being a trader, many people have different risk appetite and some view a long weekend like this one as a dangerous one to hold stocks given the current volatile situation. And i agree. Fortunately, today's HSI was a positive gain. And we just have to see tomorrow morning whether the Dow Jones is a positive as well.

Should these 2 financial market closes off positively, we could most probably expect a positive opening for the Singapore exchange come monday morning. Of course, There is no such thing as a guarantee. Although the Financial markets are closes, News & rumors continues to flows. What if (for e.g.) South Korea decides to declare War with North Korea over the weekend?

Wouldn't it push for a sell-off the moment monday comes? True or true? TRUE!

I hope that, by writing some fundamentals about stock investing/ trading, i would at least build up some background knowledge as to further analysis and comments i would share here in the future. Of course, anybody is welcome to provide a topic of discussion and i am open to it.

The reason I've changed my writing style and contents to this blog is due to the fact that i want to share my knowledge with everybody. I believe that by sharing what i know, I can help anybody whom happens to pass by and read it. I hope that by posting my comments and analysis here, fellow traders and investors could also learn something.

Although I still consider myself learning, I would also love to share what i know to all my friends. The means to my goal is clear. I've posted this before but i love this sentence so much that i could post this every single post!

I woke up this morning greeted with a good new that the STI have been on course for rebounding. At lunchtime, i looked at the index and was quite happy that the market is on course for recovery. Whether is it going to be a short recovery or not, nobody knows.

But what i know is, tomorrow is a non-trading day for SGX due to a public holiday. I felt sad. Maybe i should go find a job that pays me higher wages on public holidays and during mondays to friday, I actually felt excited, more so than over a weekend when i know that the financial markets are close. =(

So here are some of my analysis:

You can always click onto the photo to zoom in if you cannot see the details. As you can see, Chart 1 shows that STI traded above the support level i have indicated. Another good news is that there is new peak formed at the top as shown in detailed chart 2 (below)

In chart 2, I've circled the 2 trading highs that eventually formed the peak line and as you can see, the STI actually closes quite near the peak. And on top of that, we've just witnessed a 2 day continuous recovery.

In Chart 3, I've chosen a stock that i had previously traded, Singapore Airport Terminal. I received a email from my broker on some recommendation on this stock this morning and as a result, the stock 'fly away' due to this recommendation i suppose. But anyway, what i'm trying to bring across is that we can't stop rumors, which is why t3b system would advised us to enter only in the 2nd break peak.

I have indicated a small note there stating that the break peak today was the first one. So, If the STI continues to rebound strongly (i.e. a 40 points gain or more), We could see a new peak formed as fast as 3 trading days, with that, we should be clear as to whether this stock could sustain the momentum to break the 2nd peak. So here's my recommendation and analysis from monitoring this stock.

Lastly, I would also like to share a video that i found from the Yahoo! finance page. The person in the video was claiming about how trader's feeling scary in this current situation. He also commented on the low volume being traded.

Thus, I hope you could gain some insights from this video.

I know my post today is a very technical and some of you may not understand what i'm trying totally but i hope I'm able to simplify my words so that even non-traders would know a little.

As the title says, It's been 56 days since i last post out my Success stories here. I know regardless of how busy i am, I should be reminding myself of focusing on daily success.

But rest assured that although i have not been posting my stories here, my mind is as sharp as ever onto my goals and method.

Sometime in early this month, Chris bought me and Terence and we made acquaintance with one of his mentor, Sean.

Sean specializes in Options trading as well as value investing methods to grow his capital. Of course Sean admits that his results are mediocre but the idea was there, Which is to trade and get passive income.

Me and Terence were introduced into Options trading which we had our own research after the talk. And my sentiments are, Options trading would only be good in the US stocks. Besides, Trading in options would contradict what our Mentor, keane had told us(that is to keep our money in ASIA).

I considered my capital still small to trade regionally, and thus, trading in the SGX is sufficient in the time being.

So, Here's a little catch up on my trading recently, I traded Singapore Airport Terminal, Noble group, SMRT as well as a shorting on Allgreen Property.

I can say that i suffered a hugh cut loss for the first 2 stocks. The Macro Economical factors had make the financial markets volatile. In early April, It was Greece debts hogging all over the news, Then, it came that Goldman Sachs were in a investigation of Fraud.

In May, the whole of Europe were in the news as Portugual, Ireland, Greece and Spain (P.I.G.S) were in a huge budget deficit and requires borrowing from IMF and the European Central Bank (ECB) .

China were also thrown into the lime-light when they reported an inflation rate of 11% which obviously does not help in calming investors nerves. And just this week, We saw on the news between North and South Korea engaging harsh exchanges.

With Newspapers going as far as claiming that the North Korea are ready for war and South Korea having the backing of Japan, US. This certainly doesn't helps much in the timing as many would have thought of 'bad luck' speaking of such coincidence.

So, That was a recap of that happened during the days when i was busy preparing for my exams as well as monitoring the financial market every evening.

I can say that I've made a bad move in trading Noble stock. As because of that decision, I suffered a major cut loss (which is necessary to protect my remaining capital) . It was a move that I didn't seen it coming and all this caught me by surprise. And you can say that I do have troubles in my mind at times when i was feeling remorseful for my mistake.

BUT, I believe that i have the Mental strength to overcome such mistakes. I told myself, i should feel lucky that i suffered such mistakes when i am trading only with a small start-up capital. What would have happened if i had traded with a bigger capital? I'm sure i would have suffered a deeper psychological blow.

This is something that i have to learn and i kindly remind all my friends that if you're trading, train your mind in handling bigger risk appetite and management. A costly lesson like mine might easily makes you shun from stocks forever, period.

Trading is a journey of experiences of emotional control and risk management. I'm taking the positive out of the recent mistake and i believed i had grown from strength to strength with the experiences i had.

There's a saying in the army: "What doesn't kill you, Makes you stronger."

And now, You can be sure that i wouldn't be falling down or giving up on trading this easily.

Despite my recent 'downfall', I will still be posting my views on the Macro issues since the external factors are making the financial market very volatile. Do learn that his is only my views and use it at your own discretion.

On 24 may, Straits Time Index (STI) broke critical support levels which was a sign of 'bears are winning the bulls'.

On 25 may, STI rebounded weakly but nonetheless, a positive gain. My view is that such results are expected to persist amidst the recent events that could raise or take away investor's confidence easily. In short, People are being cautious and most of them are trading on news. The company certainly are doing well, Posting year-on-year profit of more than 40% gains (for some) but people are still dumping their shares.

On 26 may (today), STI continued to rebound strongly and some might argue that the 'deep correction' is over. But What i can say is still the same, With the external events happening around us, Volatility in the market would be here to stay. Although the Bulls may re-appear if the STI continues it's rebound until the end of the week, I believe that the investor's confidence would only be regained if clearer waters are been sighted. Of course, Since I am trading the trend, I would also recommend to monitor some possible 'rebounding' stocks.

And if the STI pullback tomorrow, It would reinforce the idea of people 'shorting' the markets. Some have profited from shorting especially with the recent 'correction' and selldown sentiments. But my advise again to my friends whom are trading, be very careful because we never know whether a technical rebound would take place after the correction.

lastly, Always Set Cut Loss Limits to protect your capital and i must really admit, the fact that your capital is well protected allows you to sleep properly at night!

Today is April fool's day but my mood wasn't suppose to be happy. The stock market was very bullish and it closes higher and the Straits Time Index (STI) is gaining good pace towards the 2950 mark.

Well, Although this is a good news, I was also given a shocking news, That my mum told me and my sister in the afternoon. MY DAD IS GETTING RETRENCHED! This is no April Fools joke coming from my mum. And Immediately, I was telling myself that I should feel happy. That it has been too hard for my dad to be working shifts at his age. And finally, He will get to rest well.

Although my mind tried to keep up my positivism, there's this other part of me that tells me i should feel sad. That now my parents aren't working anymore, I have to SELF-SUPPORT my studies and MY LIFE WILL BE TOUGH!

In a sense, I agreed to that particular thought but looking at that statement, Negative energy just emits and could creep into me. It's been a personal mental struggle the whole afternoon but finally, in the evening, We had a long planned family dinner at Upper Thompson Road where i had this very delicious Fish Head steamboat.

I was on the peak hour 6pm train, still trying to set my mind to ease, until i saw my dad, whom managed to got a seat yawning away, dozing off at times and trying hard to open his eyes every 5 minutes to check which station are we at.

And at that very moment, My mind finally came to an ease. I've just told myself that My dad should get his long-deserved rest after looking after me and my sister's daily needs for over 20 years. And now that my sister has graduated and me graduating next May, I can't see why my dad needs to be worrying about unemployment.

I accept that my remaining student life will be a little rough since i seldom work but I shall self-support and if possible, Bring some money home. I don't see myself having any problem in doing so and I've already made plans in short and medium term until i graduate.

I Shall not impose myself and be a liability, my mind will not allow my to just seat around mourning over the unfortunate event. Remember what I've always said, 'What you Focus on EXPANDS!' as well as the 'problem-o-meter'

I shall not see this event as a problem but instead, a chance for me to contribute to my family. I am going to find myself a temporary job this holiday and do my part. My sister could also be roping in some help too and we shall all focus on overcoming this stroke of unfortunate time.

Of course, I will not give up in my trading no matter what happens because that is the only way to success and i shall hold true to it. I remember what Chris had asked me during last year's Millionaire Mind Intensive (MMI).

He said; " Imagine you are about to spend $9000 in education to learn how to be successful and today, your relative or friend come to you to borrow this $9000 because he's in trouble and might even have a life threatening issue if you do not lend him your money, will you choose to lend him your money, or will you choose to go for your education seminar?

My answer then was to lend my money since it could turn out to be a life threatening issue. But now, My answer has to be "to attend the education seminar". Of course, there is no right or wrong answer in this question. People make decisions according to what they wants, what they perceive is being rational, or right.

Attaining success would not only be able to help just this particular friend/relative but also whoever might come along and be in need of help too. That's the macro scope of viewing my reasoning but of course, In reality, to be able to make such a decision requires a lot of courage.
And I sincerely hope nobody has to go through with such decision in life too.

1. I made unrealized Profits of MORE than $50 today!

2. I was able to OVERCOME my internal self and mind and remove all negative thoughts!

3. I had a GREAT evening with my family whom i had not bring them out for dinner in a very long while!

4. I wanted to pay for the dinner but my dad paid like $50 bucks and i managed to stuck the remaining amount to the cashier!

5. I helped out and carry the fruits we bought on our way home and this heartwarming feeling is GOOD!

In a blink of an eye, 2 weeks have pass and my Erevision class had begin. It's been a frantic 2 weeks break where i went back to the Theme Park to earn some pocket money. I had submitted my letter of resignation earlier in the week where i felt kind of sad when i was told that i should resign due to the lack of time commitment i have for the next 2 months.

My store manager told me that the best practice, to be fair for both parties, will be for me to leave and re-interview come June when i finished my exams. And therefore, It marks the end of one journey of friendship and work colleagues.

Here, I wish my current colleagues all the best and i relish the chance should we be able to become future colleagues again. Cheers.

While i was busy working, I should say i ought to slap myself for not being able to take time out to blog here. And i shall make no further excuses on that. However, I'm glad that i was able to at least focus on where the bigger money making opportunity came from.

To constantly remind myself that I am only working part-time to supplement my daily needs where my main focus should be on the passive income of stock trading. I made sure that i look at the charts no matter how tired i was and last week, I even took some sleeping time out to analyze any entry stocks when 2 of my counter broke trough and i took some profits.

Concurrently, I was able to share with one of my colleagues on how i trade shares and the strategy i was using. Again, whenever i was able to promote what I'm doing, I felt very happy as i was able to affect my friends in a positively manner from my perspective.

Tomorrow, it marks the new week and my final 3 days with Resorts World Sentosa as my resignation letter stated 31 March 2010 as my last day. Although it's been a brief 4 months stint with the company, I do felt like i was part of a BIG family and I hang out with my work colleagues not just once, but multiple times!

Moving on, I will focus on my exams in the next 2 months and I shall decide whether to be back with Resorts World in June or should i decide to get a Temp job.

And here are my 5 success:

1. I managed to share my trading strategy with Val, my work colleague!

2. I managed to condition my mind to be hunger for charts no matter how tired my mind is!

3. My work colleague found a 10 cents coin on the floor which i eventually took ownership of it since she doesn't want it!

First of all, Congratulations to Resorts World Sentosa for the opening of the Universal Studios Singapore. I watched fire works in quick succession as it was the opening day and RWS wanted something special.

It's very different working with the theme park open to public as many guest came through the turnstiles. It's tiring having to work 12 hours everyday but the pleasure we got from the guest is enough to keep us going. Although there are tired legs here and there but I'm sure the team is strong mentally to keep away the tiredness.

Anyway, I was on my way home after work on Friday when i met my secondary school friends, Kevin, Melvin and Murgesh having supper at McDonald. So i had a little catch up with them and they were telling me about wanting to buy stocks.

And thus, I hear their experiences before sharing mine. When i asked them whether do they have any strategy in buying stocks, They told me that they don't. And true enough, That proves that T3B's saying that 95% will lose money to the 5% of traders who knows when to buy and exit.

Although anybody could get lucky with the buying part but who do they listen to when making decision to sell their stocks then? That's what i told them before sharing with them the importance of knowing the nature of the equity market and the rule of accumulation strategy by the big boys.

It was a interesting talk and i certainly have felt that i helped out 2 of my friends in their stock trading career of the future.

I was woken up by a shocking message!

I had just received a SMS that says that I've won $500000 from coca cola! And I got a verification code to log onto their website to verify.

At that time, I was still very tired but i managed to jump out of bed and log onto their website stated on the sms.

Unfortunately, They required quite a lot of personal information and i started to think, IT COULD BE A SCAM!

Thus, I Google the exact jackpot and found out that there are many people complaining about their money missing and that this sms or email (for some people) are SCAM!

Immediately, I deleted my sms but, I had sent a email to their "support center" which till now, there was no reply.

So that's something interesting that had happened this morning. Anyway, Today was an interesting day because i get to rest and I watched movies and variety shows the whole afternoon!

Of course, I was also thinking whether i could have won the $500000 but recalling back, I didn't even participate in such competition and I DON'T like COKE!

Later in the evening, I was practicing "The Secret" again, picturing the Stock Market to be "green green" and when i log on to see how the trading was going, I got what I've asked for!

The Exchange was 'Green' and the stocks that I'm trading was performing great! And I was still telling myself, Maybe It could have been a Answer from the Universe because of a little action i did yesterday!

Yesterday, I was using the toilet when I noticed a 5 cents coin on the floor. So, Knowing that This money was dropped by somebody and that now I've seen it, I should take it! And so, I picked that 5 cents, clean it a little, kissed it and then declared to the Universe that: "I am a Money Magnet! Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!"

So, relating that possible link, I was able to enjoy myself and some little success. Of course, In trading, I know that I have to be as emotionless as possible. Meaning, I do not feel happy when I'm making profits and neither should i feel down when there's a loss. But putting "The Secret" and what I've learn from T harv, I choose to FOCUS on the Positive aspects (Green Green) and my Unrealized daily trading profits everyday!

Practicing "What You Focus On Expands" is something inculcated into my mind and I have been telling myself not to Focus on any negative thoughts and those thoughts will bring Negative Energy!

So, Here are my successes:

1. I picked up a 5 cent coin when i was working yesterday!

2. I get to see Mark lee, Vivian Lai and Michelle Chia during work Yesterday when they're the invited guest at the theme park!

3. I enjoyed a Mouth dropping fire works celebration up close and personal at the theme park when it was the end of the private event last night!

4. I received a sms that i had won $500000 this morning, Although it might turn out to be a SCAM!

5. I recorded my biggest Trading Unrealized profit for today!

6. I practiced "The Secret" today and I will be practicing it tomorrow too where I am going to be at work during the trading hours.

I've been working for the past weekend. Although I got to admit that it's fun working there, It's also very tiring too. Being scheduled for the morning shift doesn't help one bit and I slept 12 hours on Sunday night just to recover back my sleep lost!

Anyway, today's my Prelim for Sociology. I've got to say that I had became complacent over the week which results in me not being able to finish revising for this paper. And unlike the previous 3 papers which i had little time to prepare, This Sociology paper was 9 days after the last paper which should considered ample time to revise but being complacent, I worked, Played, And eventually resulting in only able to cover half of my whole module!

Having said that, I am not being very pleased with myself for not taking this Prelim exam seriously and I ought to put in more effort! Anyway, After the exams, I went to the library to borrow a Sociology textbook to assist me in reading.

Although I have around 2 weeks before the start of my revision lectures, I should not let my studying spirit died down. I am targeting to read through my own notes for at least 3 hours a day so that I keep myself fresh and most importantly, I DO NOT LOSE THIS revision spirit!

I was sms-ing terence last night about how's the recent stock market and we were talking about cashing out our current stocks, especially the stock price ramp up last week for 5 consecutive 'green green' trading days!

Then, Terence was saying about IF i had bought more, I could have made more profits.
But I replied Terence, Our risk appetite wasn't that big when the market price was going nowhere and the amount which he bought was considered to be the amount of risk he was willing to take. Thus, When the market turns good and you make profit, You shouldn't be reflecting on "I should have Bought more volume" which in a sense, does enhance your mind in money handling. But that's a very dangerous move.

You'll never know one day you could fall back to square one again had you grown your mind like this in the equity market. What I advise Terence to do was to grow his mind by slowly taking up bigger risk and facing the risk, He will slowly be able to accept that level of risk and eventually, His money mindset grows.

Till date, I had tried that method once and My reflections on my action was still a myth to me!

I admit i was very tempted in buying more share and add position to my portfolio, But my money to spend was almost all tied up and thus, I decided to took up Leverage to add my position. In layman term, I choose to face the "problem" and i managed to overcome it. Remember the saying, Nothing has a meaning other than the one you gave it?

Adding on to that is what i called a problem-o-meter. It's something interesting that I've learned from T Harv and here's how it works. First, we Give a rating of level 1 to level 10, with 10 being the highest and most difficult level. So, As the name suggest, We are assessing the level of our own problems.

For example, A child does not dare to go up to a shop and buy a sweet. In my mind, I could classified it as maybe a level 2 problem since it might take courage to speak up but to a child, he might find it difficult to speak up at his age but as mentioned by the level, I'm sure that child would pass it as he grows up.

Fast Forward to 20 years old, and the young adult now facing another set of problems, Maybe he's afraid to touch trading as he's heard of people getting 'burnt' by it. I might have classified this problem as a level 6 which on aggregate, some people might never even dare challenge. And eventually, This person would remain at his current problem acceptance level of level 5!

And basically, That's how it works, A successful person would be one that can overcome all his problem. true or True? TRUE!

And I'm glad that i might have just overcame a level 7 problem in my life that i enhance my money management and risk allowance. Cheers to me!

So, Like What I've done, I hope Terence could also overcome his problems in life and we all aim to level up to the highest where the should basically be NO MORE problems to worry about!

1. I managed to stay through my whole Prelim paper although at times i felt like leaving the examinations hall early, My mind kept telling me to "keep writing" even though i had no idea how to solve the question!

2. I had officially Finished my 4 Prelim papers and a rest would be much appreciated!

3. I deposited $1.70 into my Financial Freedom Fund today!

4. I've made progress in terms of having a mutual agreement on a possible 2 month stopping of work for my exams!

5. I actually wanted to went to bed before sleeping But i held back my thoughts and came ONLINE to BLOG!

Tomorrow's working hours is early! Thus, I shall briefly post what happened today.

I watched Liverpool's Europa League game against Lille until 4am and talked on the phone until 6am where my dad was awake and getting ready to work. He came into my room and we talked a little before Him leaving for work and me going to sleep.

I know it's very hurtful for the body to stay up overnight. Especially when we're young and we don't see the side effects now. I shall aim to reduce staying up late in days to come. Especially with exams coming, I don't want my body to be in a bad condition. Already, I've been down with occasional flu which are tell-tale signs of falling sick.

But that's that, Here's a motivational Video that was posted on my Facebook by Chris and wanted to re-post it to let everybody sees it.

I find the video very nice and a little on the touching side. I've got to say this, a lot of times, we do things by the way we see fit regardless of what others might comment. Don't get me wrong because i know sometimes we are right even though we are against all odds. But most of the time, Our mind limit our potential.

Take running for example, If a person set his mind out to run 5 KM every time he goes jogging, He shall stop at 5KM and never break that distance because his mind will remind him that: "Hey, You've reached your destination! You can REST now!"

Having run 5KM myself, I know how it feels like, Tired? YES! Extremely Tired? NO! Capable of carrying on Running? HELL YES!

But if my mind keeps telling me for every additional distance i run and i puff, it said: "It's okay, You don't have to torture yourself by running more!" Then, I am consider a quitter!

Have you Ever heard of a saying that: "Records are meant to be broken"? I am a strong believer of this sentence. Not to the extent of world records but rather, YOUR PERSONAL RECORDS!

Take Running as example again, If you have completed a 5 KM run, The next challenge a runner should do is to run 6KM! And I'm sure you'll know what i mean.

Putting that example into Economical terms, If you are already earning $5000 a month, The next challenge should be to earn $5500 or whatever amount that is higher than the previous. Don't get me wrong because I never say it's going to be easy. But If you keep aiming to do better, YOU WILL SUCCEED at that!

So here are my 5 Success for today:

1. I received a call from a person whom have just saw my resume off Job Central website and she asked if i want to go for Interview which i kindly postpone that till end of my exams for further discussion!

2. I was able to chat with Chereen for 2 hours last night and I'm glad we could talk our hearts out!

3. I was telling myself that i need to do some crunches and went ahead without thinking!

4. I made a Unrealized Profit of more than $50 today!

5. I Practiced "The Secret" last night that the Stock Market will be GREEN GREEN! (positive!)

I was awoken by Chris's sms this morning with a very interesting message.

He said that he have made his colleague cried over the topic of Financial Freedom. He told me that he is now very confused whether sharing his Financial Freedom knowledge to his colleagues is wrong.

But to me, It's very clear cut. It's never his fault. Period.

I replied his message telling him that It's not wrong to share your knowledge of Financial Freedom but The other party (which is his friend) must be willing to learn or at least Not reject like what his friend had done.

By rejecting whatever Chris had said actually Knocked Chris's self-Confidence a little. Especially having made a girl cried. But nonetheless, being Objective, The way Chris's friend had done was not only disagreeing, She did one step further by coming up with 'excuses' to reject everything!

And that explains why Chris was a little shaken. But with a little clearing up and motivation, I'm sure he'll pick himself up. =)

Chris thanked me in the evening and i suppose he's back to the Millionaire Mindset so I'm glad for him too.

Anyway, Today is the celebration for Jimmy and Cheryl's birthday. I went to Vivo city with Chereen and the 4 of us had a very sumptuous hotpot cuisine. Although the cost is a little on the expensive side for a steamboat dinner, I felt that we had value for money ingredients.

I choose not to post the cost of the meal here is because I selectively choose not to focus on the price and would rather focus on the quality instead. Recalling what T Harv had mentioned about "No chickens" case during my Millionaire Mind Intensive Seminar.

I have been trying to tune my mindset to a mind to be able to see cost as a not a factor in whatever I do. Be it having a dinner or could even grow to buying items that would normally requires me to think twice.

As i had mentioned previously, I live by the motto "This is it" and I had never deviate from that motto. Whenever I felt like i was hesitating over a decision which could have benefited me, I told myself the golden word: "THIS IS IT!" and take a deep breadth before making the decision to go ahead.

I shall not repeat the meaning of "This is it" here since i had previously mentioned before.

And here are my 5 Success for today:

1. I received a notice from Singtel that I got FREE Internet BROADBAND for 1 year!

2. I got a invitation from my Colleagues to attend a gathering next week and I agreed!

3. I decide to 'give' my old router (without wireless capability) to Chereen since she's getting a Free Laptop and would need a router to spit her internet connection from her modem.

4. I practice cost ignoring exercise for my mind and I'm glad that I don't even feel like I overpaid for my dinner now!

5. I was able to provide some timely advice for Chris and I'm glad he's able to recover after a little knock on his confidence.

Surprise Surpirse!

I watched the liverpool Game against Wigan Last night and DAMN! It's a surprise that they got beaten so soundly!

I always wonder this statement which i got off a drama show:

"What hurts more? To lose by a big margin or to Lose by 1 point?"

Of course that was from the Taiwanese Basketball Drama: Hot Shots.

What that actor actually mean is that He wants his opposition to fight like they have a chance of winning the game but In fact, he always have the confidence of winning the game and that the opposition was actually fighting for a lost cause.

More often that not, We have seen teams playing reserves players because the game margin gets to big for a fightback. But I guess it's more hurtful if you do put in your heart and soul only to lose at the end.

Okay, Coming back to the liverpool game, It think it's been awhile since i saw Liverpool being beaten up by their own tactics! It was as though Wigan perfected the tactic that Liverpool use. And Liverpool looked like a amateur club, losing the ball while dribbling, shooting like S-league standard! YES! Torres and Gerrard was mis-firing all game.

And well, I guess I've done expecting anything from them this season. The little hope this season would be to get everything sort out for next season. I know Champions League 4th spot is important but As I was telling Terence: Sometimes, I think it requires to take a Serious knock on someone's head before they will wake up!

For too long a period, Liverpool's attack have been a problem and breaking down teams defense was never their forte. However, Due to the lack of challenge for 4th spot then, Liverpool enjoyed the bask of Champions League glory year after year. Like it was easily earned because the others challenging for 4th spot is simply not good enough.

Fast forward 2 seasons, We see Billionaires buying up Aston Villa, Man City and a influx of cash to clubs who are capable of challenging 4th spot and this is what we get. A Season with no Guarantees of Champions League football next season anymore.

Now, I know many Liverpool fans would have say that this is due to bad luck, injuries and etc but What I Feel now is that I would LOVE to see how Poor Liverpool can get!

Deep down in my heart, I hope Liverpool players can look themselves in the mirror and start reflecting on what's the expectation of them. Yes, Even Benitez needs some reflecting. The positional play for Liverpool have always been poor. And Their attack is like a kitten scratch on a Cold hard defense.

In short, I feel that Liverpool have been Winning, Up until now, By sheer luck and a lot of hard-work. I had mentioned in my previous Blog about how Winners can be hardworking but Hardworking people doesn't necessary becomes WINNERS!

So, in view of the latest match, I sincerely wish for a good rebound display for the next game.

I wasn't being a very good friend when i rejected an outing to Sentosa with my work colleagues whom have been planning for gatherings since last week due to a rest period by the closure of the theme park.

As much as my heart wanted to be there socializing and playing, My mind tells me that My Sociology revision is more important especially i have totally no clue on how i should start revising.

And This afternoon, I sat down at my make-shift study table (Mahjong table actually) I took out my Lecture notes and started to write my own notes.

But After writing for like 3 hours, I realized that what i don't understand is the concepts and I found out that making notes for this module isn't enough! This calls for a alternative studying strategy! Something which i was wondering for awhile over dinner while i watch a movie = Law - Abiding Citizen.

I got to say that this movie is COOL! And I Shall not review the movie any further cause this isn't a blog about review movies isn't it?!

After dinner, I changed my studying strategy which is to take out the UOL study guide and read!

I'm not saying that this is the right method to study this module but true enough, The first section on the study guide mentioned that This module cannot be studied by memorizing pointers. It takes a lot of understanding and concepts does link with each other along the way.

As much as i hate to say it, I got "CONFIRMED" about my study strategy which i should see it as a compliments and at the same time, I've got 1 very thick subject guide to read though in preparation for my Prelims next monday.

Study asides, I have received a call by my supervisor to ask me for work this coming weekend. I agreed to the schedule. But what's on my mind is still the question that i had been sharing with some of my classmates which whether or not to resign from my current Part-time Job.

In due of fair treatment to both parties that I get my time focused on preparing my exams in May which I would require a 2 months long break, I am actually leaning over to the decision of resigning.

Nonetheless, I shall discuss this issue with my managers when i work over the weekend and see whether we can work something out. And I shall keep this issue updated here too.

I've Received quite a number of comments regarding how long i haven't been blogging my success.

Yes! I agree and all i can say is that i call that EXCUSES.

No Doubt i have been busy over the past month with works, Chinese New Year and a half of February revising for my Preliminary exams this month.

But If you think all this are good enough excuses for losing your focus on SUCCESS, Think again!

The reason why I'm back blogging this post proves that I acknowledged my mistakes and It's NOT TOO LATE to get back on track.

Everybody loses their direction sometimes but what's important is that we don't lose track of our goals.

Remember how i always say "What You Focus On Expands?" in my earlier post.

I know this could be Bullish but I have noticed that without Blogging here for so long, I actually felt aimless. For So long, I had reverted back to my old self with my focus on MINOR stuffs!

There's this saying that:

"Don't Focus on the Minor stuffs, WE FOCUS on the BIG picture!"

Another reason why I came back to this post is that I felt quite aimless without focusing. And you always know that My Focus is on Success, No MATTER HOW SMALL!

Now, I'm glad that I could find my motivation to be back.

It's been close to a week since i last blogged. Why? I've tied myself down with plenty of activities within these few days. Not to worry, I still look at Charts no matter how busy i am!

Anyway, I didn't blog so i shall not state any excuse for myself but here's a brief schedule for what had happened for the past few days:

I had a chance to ride on Universal Studio's main Attraction, Battle Star Galatica (BSG) on sunday as the Theme park is coming to the end of our stress tests.

It's a super trilling and awesome ride which i strongly recommend to everybody. Except for people with weak heart and motion sickness. I shall not go on any further here or I'll spoil the excitement. =)

Yesterday was the start of our Erevision which we get to choose our exams revision dates from our Overseas lecturers. It's FINALLY HERE! Our revision class schedule is here and soon, It'll be our prelims and followed by the Actual exams!

*Boom* End of 1st out of 2 years! Fast Eh?!

Anyway, I was chatting with QQ yesterday about how we have been faring at our part-time job. It is okay to be responsible but when it comes to a decision between Work and Study, The Obvious choice is still Study. True or true? TRUE!

April will be a very tough month for most of us trying to study 4 modules in a month in preparation for May's exam and if we are to factor in the working hours, It will be Madness!

It's not as if they know that we are WORKING despite Exams looming and will increase our pay to $13 a hour. (P.s. Even so, I will ONLY CONSIDER working since nothing beats exams)

Besides, We had initially talked to taking up a part-time job because our aim is to finance a possible Quantum Leap at November 2010 and that may not come cheap. Working Universal is fun but i do not see myself working long term there. We WILL jump boats when a better paying opportunity arrives and maximize our working allowance. Yes or yes? YES!

I know it will be tough especially i had stick to my previous jobs for as much as 1 year despite me complaining about the low pay and It's the resistant to changes (in me) that keeps me from jumping boat. Thus, this time, I am well prepared to do the jump when the opportunity arrives. Are you with me?

Sunday was the mass gathering of my mentor, Keane Lee's insights of market outlook for 2010.

Me and Terence attended and we kept our motivation up high.

Keane emphasize a lot on the psychology factor that have been stopping many people of achieving success.

Therefore, I saw the mass gathering as a useful place to boast my personal motivation and also to check if I'm still on course for my goals.

Again, 1 hour of the whole seminar was used in reinforcing the statement, "Follow the Rules" which had saw plenty of people exited the stock market last friday.

As posted previously, The emotion is a very dangerous feeling to have if not tamed. Especially in the equity market. I'm glad that i had followed the rules. And not just being able to follow the rules, I've prove that i could "over-write" what my mind throws at me.

Chris and Terence likes the the saying of "Nothing have a meaning except for the meaning we give it"

It's very true. And I agree on it too. Another POWERFUL, motivational statement we picked up was "It was the best of time. It was the worst of time."

A brief explanation of the statement would be telling is that at any period of time, It could be the best or the worst depending on how each one sees it.

Take for example, In 2009, T3B students were having the BEST OF TIMES when they follow the rules and rode on the trends to make as much as 400% of their capital since April.

At the same time, In April, Many people were having the WORST OF TIMES when they made plenty of failed investments, especially when they loss money in whichever stock they've bought.

A secret to Success is to choose a powerful statement and live by it. True or true? TRUE!

Like i was taught in NOV 2009, Success is about doing things the right way repetitively. In other words, "Once you have found the right method, mentor to help you achieve your goals, stay focus (stick to it) on that particular way and follow through."

The similarities i've seen from T. Harv Eker and Keane Lee is that they both acknowledged that there is plenty of ways to Success or making money out there. But we got to choose one that is most suitable for each of us and ONLY YOU yourself knows whether if it is anot!

For me, I'm very grateful that I got to know Keane's T3B system through my supposedly "JUNK MAIL".

I'll briefly share with you here how i got to know Keane. In Nov 2009, it was 3 days after i had completed my Millionaire Mind Intensive 2009 seminar and was very upbeat about attending even more Free seminars.

Beforehand, I have always go into my Yahoo Mail and delete plenty of UNWANTED emails from websites like Job Central without even looking at its content.

However, one afternoon, I was "clearing" my email as usual but for once, I browse through all the headers and this header caught my attention. It says "I've made $9XXXX in my first month!" So, I thought it was some sort of crazy scam mail but i still opened up and found that it was an invitation for a Stock Seminar preview for T3B system.

T3B system is the system which had helped MANY people to success. And the header was only 1 of many Success stories posted by the Graduates.

I told myself that since it's a free stock seminar, I might as well register for it. And i also shared this information with both QQ and Terence whom subsequently attended the preview talk with me.

I won't go into details of what I've learnt from the seminar since I've already shared that in one of my post previously. In conclusion, Me and Terence were convinced by the system and of course, 1 of T3B mentors, Derrick Tan, that we could as least give this system a chance.

It was not a cheap decision especially,we were still unsure of the system and have to fork up $2800 for the 2 and 1/2 day seminar.

But, after the seminar, we never looked back. All me and Terence are focusing now is to made as much profits out of the Equity Market using the RULES of the system. And I'll share the 1 and only GOLDEN rule which i have always been saying:

"BREAK PEAK, BUY! BREAK TROUGH, SELL!"

Simple? And most of you would have thought that I'll probably list a whole page of rules to follow before buying or selling a stock right? Haha

Lastly, I would like to quote what 1 of T3B mentor, Darren, had mentioned. He said that it HELPS a lot if there is a partner-in-crime for which we do anything! For him, He had his sister's boyfriend whom will always discuss which stock to buy and what price to sell.

So, there's a mini competition going on to keep up the passion and motivation within them. I've got to agree to that and I see Terence as the guy whom we will keep each others' motivation up, making sure that we stay on track and ultimately, Follow the rules!

And here are my success:

Today is the second time i took out the money from my Financial Freedom Fund and count! I have saved $50 over the pass 30 days and Ill be putting the money into my bank account tomorrow. =)

I did a very bad decision today. And the consequence, a loss of $42!

I was surfing facebook today when i saw one of the facebook advertisement from the corner. It was a fan page for a group. It have a online business website and it seems to me that the website is created by a Singaporean since the transaction currency is in SGD.

Anyway, the company is call WinMeAuction. As the name suggest, it is a Auctioning website. Something special about this website is that it advertised that their Iphone 3GS are selling at the price of $14.50!

That immediately caught my eye. The company even emphasize about how everyone of their item are selling at a saving rate of 90% and above!

I was curios and went in to have a look. The company was fair in the sense that it have explained on how they their business model. That the made money through the sales of "bids".

Bids are required in auctions and the company's profits are all coming from the sales of "Bids"! Furthermore, The Auctions rules are a little different, Every bid increases the Total price of 1 cent! YES IT"S 1 CENT!

Plus, a further time slot of 10 seconds. Initially, I didn't really know the importance about the added time till i purchased the bids.

I can tell you, the bids are the ones that is racking in all the money! 1 bid cost like SGD$1.00!

Regardless, I bought the cheapest package at $42 with a total of 38 bids.

Before this, I haven't really participate in any auction activity. They have this Countdown timer for example, A Iphone 3GS. At the Auction was counting down for the last 10 seconds, I suddenly saw someone bids in. And that "extends" the auction time. And this situation continues for as long as 5 hours! Until everybody used up all the bids they had purchased, AND, if they still do not give up, some will continue to buy "bids" and carry on bidding!

I know it sounds confusing here but what i'm trying to say is that this business model is BRILLIANT! lol!

Brilliant in the case of the business owner but not the bidders. I have to relate this business as one of the Casino operators!

Taking the Iphone which was sold at $14.50 for example, we will see that the company have earned $1450 given an estimated price per bid was $1.

That itself, have already covered the cost of the Iphone. Although it could turn out a Win-Win situation for the eventual buyer ( because the eventual winner could be someone who may win using as low as 1 bid and pay $14.50), The bidding involves alot of people pushing the price up.

And i happen to be one of the unlucky guys to do that. =(

Lesson learn today is not to act emotionally! Unless you have the experience of bidding in an Auction, Never be stuck into this vicious cycle.

Had i purchases a even bigger "starting package" and my bidding strategy isn't right, then i could still lose all my money and win nothing!

Afterall, Auction is something which the last bidder-win-all! And in this case, the final price is something which everybody is willing to pay, Can you imagine paying $15 for a Iphone?!

So, that's something which i wanted to share today. I'm not saying that Auction is not good because auction winners do really win a big gain! But, I would like to say that in order to win, EVERYBODY HAVE TO LOSE!

And here are my 5 success for today:

1 I deposited $1.80 into my Financial Freedom Account!

2. I learn a very valuable lesson of Auctioning at a price of $42 (something i think is reasonable)

3. I counted my savings over the past 30 days!

4. I did my Wealth Declaration today!

5. I pull out my blazer and try and i'm glad that it still fits! (Just in-case i want to wear it for Candise's wedding dinner tomorrow)

I got to admit that i was late for class today!

It was raining heavily in the morning and the traffic turned slow. Nonetheless, It shouldn't be an excuse. I shall make sure that i am not late for morning class again. =(

Anyway, After class, I happen to see keng Cheng, a course-mate from NYP! Ironically, I was heading to Ngee Ann Poly which we met each other!

LOL! 2 NYP graduates meeting at NP! Initially, we couldn't really recognize each other and that we exchange SMS asking whether "was it you at NP?" Haha.

Anyway, Friday marks the last of the trading day for the week! Concluding a very volatile market influenced heavily by Last week's China's Monetary Contraction, This week's JAL's file for bankruptcy and the latest event was the statement issued from Mr. Obama last night, A policy which directly affects the US market and in turn, causing Equity market all over the world to fall!

Singapore Market wasn't spared as almost EVERY SINGLE stock was dipping. =(

Genting Singapore PLC wasn't spared too. I got to say that the price was hovering at my resistance price for the past 2 days and finally, It broke the resistance (also termed as Trough) price.

The next thing on my mind was, Time to EXIT!

And that concludes my first riding of an up-trending stock, earning a decent profit of $300+. I got to say that i should consider myself lucky that i only CUT Profit instead of having to CUT LOSS!

At the very least, I was able to protect my principle Capital. So, Not that bad i guess. Immeidately, I was home screening for the next stock to purchase. And I already have some in my mind. Waiting for "buy" signal.

Anyway, I was on the forum of T3B and here's something which i want to share.

This was a very neat homework that was uploaded by one of the students. And I have to stress that this is all for EDUCATION PURPOSES!

Basically, They are the Stock Charts for 2 company. Picture 2 shows the Accumulation of volume in relevance of the rising/ falling of stock price.

In short, What it is showing is the Market Psychology as written on the picture itself. When Volume died down as the stock price hover sideways, Chances are, It will shoot up after the last person is done selling their stock at the stipulated price.

Which was what the case, (Refer to the up-trend after the pink horizontal arrow).

I shall stop here and should you have any questions, Feel free to ask and we can share out points of view.

P.s. I may not be always right!

Last but not least, I would have to Emphasize the Importance of "FOLLOW THE RULES"!

One of the rules of trading is NEVER to look at stock price during trading hours! Something which i had breached.

But It was done out of goodwill since i got to know of the price breaking my resistance, thus activating my Sell decision.

However, It was tough making the sell decision, especially 1 part of my mind was telling me to HOLD onto it since i haven't really dropped into the CUT LOSS price. Like what i had post previously, My mind was telling me to HOLD on and see if the market will rebound! The consequences, OF Course, was gray since he could still go up or further down!

Fortunately, Thanks to what i had learnt from T. Harv, I told myself "Thank you for sharing" and also chanting "Follow the rules" deep in my mind as I sms-ed Terence to help me sell my Shares.

So, here are my 5 success for today:

1. I saw Keng Cheng, My poly course-mate!

2. I took control over my own MIND when i make the decision to SELL my shares.

3. I Was able to SELL my stock at my Trough Price when the market rebound a litle!

I guess it's been slowly a trend that i do not have the luxury to blog everyday.

Wednesday, I got called up to work and it was a stress test for the soft opening of the IR.
All internal guest are allowed to purchase the merchandise. Of course, that includes me too!

I bought 4 trading pins with 1 of them being LIMITED EDITION! I wanted to get the lanyard too but the stocks will only arrive in February i heard. Although it was a little Impulse buying, I surely think it's something good to own!

Since i am a Universal Studios staff, I should own at least 1 item from USS! =)

Anyway, Buying 4 trading pins and i gave 1 to Chereen and 1 more to my cousin when i saw her at the void-deck near my house. So i thought she might like it.

I went to bed early. And waking up again at 4AM to watch the Liverpool game against Tottenham. It was a crucial match for LFC and i'm glad i was able to witness a 2-0 win!

I am also happy at the way the team was playing. With so many key players out injured, the other players were able to step up their standards to fill up the lack of quality. Eventually, It was a trilling win which LFC fully deserved to have.

Anyway, Today is a Off day for me which i spent it sorting out my notes in preparation for my revising of my exams. And I did some reading on the Sociology lecture which i had missed.

In the evening, my army buddy, philip, called me! It came as a surprise as he was asking whether i have received any letter to go for MOB briefing. Something which i haven't received at all. So after the initial question, we went on chatting how was life after NS. Catch up a little here and there.

I felt happy after the phone call. You can say that it was the first phone call which i had received from my Army friend after i ORD and having exchanging how was life after army was something interesting.

I know i may sound like a old man but we got to agree that chatting over events in the past is something interesting, especially having spent 1 year plus together in camp!

So, here are my 5 success for today:

1. I woke up and supported LFC at 4am in the morning!

2. I sort out my Marco economics and Managerial Economics notes.

3. I did a little revising and reading for the sociology lecture that i missed

4. I deposited $1.50 into my Financial Freedom Account!

5. I am glad that my mum was able to sell off her Comfort share on monday! (when SGX was bullish because the market have been bearish after that!)

6. I got a confirmation from MFGlobal, a brokering firm, that my account is ready to funding, and my platform training schedule was confirmed!

Its been a Fruitful weekend for me!

So much so that i didn't have the time to Blog what i want to share here!

As stated in my previous post, I signed up for a course called the T3B trader course.

That was in Nov 2009! Come 2010, I attended the course and i learn a lot. That explains why i called it a Fruitful weekend! Duh >.<

Remember T Harv Eker's wealth principle?

One of them says that:

"MY MONEY WORKS HARD FOR ME AND MAKE ME MORE AND MORE MONEY!"

I knew what i had to do. I have to put my money somewhere, be it in business, or my interest, Stocks!

For the statement to be a Wealth Principle, It must be of significance isn't it?

You might be asking, So how does money work hard for you? WHAT does that sentence mean??

I'll try to explain according to what I've learnt from T. Harv. So here goes, the sentence generally means that we must make our money grow!

There are numerous ways to grow your money, Saving it in the bank is one. But ask yourself:

"Does putting $3000 in the bank really earns or GROW your money?"

I figured out that Putting any available funds at bank is only WORKING HARD for OTHER PEOPLE! True or true? TRUE!

The principle generally looks at how well YOU can manage your own money! If you're the type who will put money in a bank, I seriously advise you to reconsider.

Even buying a fixed deposit is not good enough for me! I know everybody's money management differs but what i want to say here is that it all boils down to one's risk appetite.

I am a stock trader and i do not hide. I've placed money into stocks and hear many advices about stocks.

Before i started trading, everybody is warning about how stock is volatile, How you can lose your whole savings in it!

That I have to agree! But at the same time, I have only one sentence for those who had lost money and turned skeptical of stocks.

"Why didn't you cut loss when you know that you're losing money?"

Unfortunately, these people makes up 90% of the traders we see in the market!

That being said, We got to agree that if you want to learn how to do something, The fastest way is to learn it from someone who already knows it isn't it?

Some of these traders or INVESTORS either buy stocks without a guideline. Or worst still, They buy upon listening to other people's tip on a particular stock. True or true? True!

If you think that's the worst, You're wrong!

Getting in a stock isn't the worst! What's even worst that that is NOT KNOWING WHEN TO GET OUT!

Here's an example, I can be a good friend and tell you to buy Genting stocks and you bought them, having fully trusted my words.

And true enough, Genting stocks went up, And you're happy counting your Unrealized profits! So, after making some Paper Profits, You're so confident that the stock will go up more that you carry on holding it.

Suppose 2 weeks gone, and the stock price starts to go down, I could have sold at the first sign of downfall while you could still be telling yourself that this fall hasn't really eaten up all your Unrealized profits! And so what you do? You HOLD!

Then, another 2 weeks pass, and this time, stock price falls back to the price you bought! So what do you do? You would have decide to hang onto it further, hoping that the stock will bounce back. And the story goes on and on. (P.S. You've become what we call a LONG TERM INVESTOR!)

But what i want to say here is that it is dangerous if a person is trading without the RIGHT mindset and Without a Definite SETS OF RULES, He/SHE will not know when to sell a stock! Yes or yes? YES!

There's a saying among our T3B traders:

"We are not scare about not being able to enter a Bullish stock, cause we're not even IN! But what we are afraid of is that when we are in, WE DON"T KNOW WHEN TO EXIT!"

I have written quite a little of Money Management and Stock trading. So Here's the summary, If you ever wants to grow your money that is to make your MONEY WORK hard for you. And you want to try trading in stock market, Please Learn the rules of the game before you get yourself into trouble!

After-all, You got to ask yourself, What is Education to you and how much are you willing to pay for this education?

As stated on the title, I haven't been blogging for 2 straight days. =(

Like i've mentioned in my last post, I had started work from 8.30am and ending my work at 8pm!

Clocked a full shift of 11.5 hours!

But During this long hours of work, I was involved with the welcoming of our MM Lee. And It was all over the papers yesterday and today!

Our dear Mr Lee had came as a SUPER DUPER V.I.P and everybody was excited.

I for once, saw him in person at least 3 times within the short 15 mins visit!Good or good? GREAT!

It was a once in a lifetime chance of seeing a person of such importance to Singapore!

So much for the excitement.

Anyway, I've sort of started my part-time job as the Opening of the theme park is nearing.

I will most probably cut my facebook gaming time, and if necessary, NOT BLOG everyday as I have to divide my timing to revising my homework as well.

The new year have started and i realized that I have been neglecting my studies ever since my job training started last december accompanied with the festive holidays and celebration!

Now, It's time to get back on track and get myself prepared as my lesson schedule is entering the final stages. It will come to a stop after the Chinese New Year, End February!

Till then, I work hard, Study harder and Play the Hardest!

I couldn't really write much for today since most of the things that happen in work is classified as Confidential or HIGHER!

Anyway, I toured the Theme park again, without all the heavy machinery from last week.

Since last Thursday, They have been having a "Open house" for all the internal staffs to try out the rides and be guinea pig!

What if something goes wrong during the ride? Haha, But then again, if something really DID goes wrong, We must be thankful that It happens on 1 of the internal Staff! True or true?

(Ermmmmm) TRUE!

I can write alot to debate about that but we shall leave it as it is for now!

What i want to comment today was the train towards Outram in the morning.

I do not know whether the train service screwed up or what but when i arrived Jurong East Mrt station at 8.15am to transit on the East-West line, There was like 3 trains worth of passengers standing THERE! waiting to board the next EW line train!

I told myself, OMG! But it didn't take long to see how that situation developed. The passengers are just trying too hard to get onto every train that docks in.

Thus, Causing the train to be delayed at the station for more than 3 mins!

What's better? Quality or Quantity? In this case, I say Quality! Why squeeze when the next train is ALREADY queuing behind the current 1 waiting to dock into the station? Yes or yes? YES!

And when i finally got my chance to step on the MRT, I've heard this announcement from the Train 'captain' (I presume that's their title) saying on the radio to tell passengers to wait for the next train!

He spoke for like at least 3 times before the train leaves Jurong East for good!

I was woken up at 11am, given the time to meet for basketball @ Yew Tee CC!

And i went back to bed!

Waking up at 1pm again, wash up and head for the court!

Playing basketball at 1pm is something crazy given the HOT sun in the afternoon! This is something that i used to do often for the love of the basketball game but these days, It's just to set a time where all could agree on.

Afterall, what's the fun if only 4 person could come and play? True or true? TRUE!

Eventually, today's Basketball game is quite a success! We have 8 people reporting in total!

That allows us to play a comfortable 4 v.s. 4 competition!

With the numbers gathered, we had fun and played competitively!

Coming to evening time, More people arrived to play basketball as other groups came.

My friend decides to challenge 1 of the group before we leave and this group consists of 2 old man that we used to play with.

Although they're old, they super agile! And the level of that game was something that I have not been playing for a very long while. My fitness wasn't able to do so competitively.

In short, I had DE-proved! OMG!

BUT! not to worry, if i can meet up my secondary school friends and play ball like this every week, I'm sure i can get back to the same level as before!

Afterall, there is nothing you cannot achieve if you set your heart out to do so! True or true? TRUE!

After basketball, I went home to bath and in the evening, I meet up with Chris and Kang An for dinner.

Chris wanted to buy us dinner on the reason of his "First pay" and i find it acceptable.

We chat a little on the current situation of RWS and Universal Studios. Then We did some planning for Kang an's upcoming birthday celebration!

After this weekend, Candise's BIG Wedding is next weekend! OMG!

So, once we were done with dinner, Kang An drove us to West Mall and we watched The Vampire Assistant.

It's quite a nice show i must say. =) Very interesting.

And now I'm home!

It's been a tiring day today.

But nonetheless, i had quite a little food for thoughts.

Firstly, it's been awhile since the whole poly gang meet up.

I still see QQ, Terence, Meng Siang and sometimes, Chang Da in school. Outside classes, I meet up Chris, QQ while working and that's all!

I met up with QQ today for our shopping of shoes. He too has to invest in his working shoe and we hung out for awhile after shopping.

We shopped at Vivocity and we talk about what our gang is doing recently.

Then, we head to the Outdoor sea-view balcony on the 3rd floor to look at our future workplace, Sentosa!

I become EMO-tional for that moment. LOL.

It seems that coming out on a weekend wasn't a group effort anymore. We used to be activity partners that will catch the latest movie within our gang.

It's understandable how somethings could fall in priority in life. And we just have to live with it.

After some soul-searching, I guess it's really something that requires both parties to agree.

Just like a relationship, it takes two hands to clap.

I can easily list out what everybody is busy with BUT at the end of the day, We have to put in MORE effort if we were to keep our current gang.

No doubt we are still friends but degrading the position from being a activity partner to only a mutual friend wasn't what i want.

We need a leader, somebody who will hold and lead the whole gang in activities. And If we truely concern about the well being of the whole friendship and activity partners, I will gladly step up for the task.

Having said that, I have to say thanks to Kang An and Min Zhen for being in that leader/organizer position for the past 3 to 4 years. Like it or not, They have been vital in holding down our group!

Without you 2, There will not be the gang today where occasionally, we still have a group outing of close to 10 person!

I understand Kang An is busy with his studies and Min Zhen busy with her work. Like i mentioned above, We just have to live with all this changes.

Having said that, When was the last time you received an SMS with a mass movie invitation?

I really couldn't recall, But things could start again somewhere. I should do that.

And At the end of day, It all boils down to how one cherish the friendship we've had. We are done with our Poly days where we always hang out because our timetable are the same.

Today and in the unforeseeable future, We WILL DEFINITELY not have the same time schedule as each other. So, Like how Chris had posted How much are you willing to give to be successful, I'll post:

Having said all this, I too have a girlfriend relationship to maintain.

Up-coming will be my exams/ studies as well as the start of my Part-time job. But like I had always manage my time, I believed that i had managed my handling of relationship well.

I was suppose to get a white shoe for my work and prior to buying my shoe tomorrow, My supervisor called and tell me to get another model! Good or good?

Great!

Somehow i just felt that the other shoe model will look great! And I'm super excited to go shopping tomorrow with QQ!

Okay, It's been awhile since i last wrote something about motivation and here's something that I would like to share:

"The key to personal SUCCESS is to be able to AFFECT as MANY PEOPLE as you can!"

This phase isn't taught in textbooks or even the classrooms but this word itself have the power to change a mindset!

It changed mine and I believe It will change yours too!

So what does that sentence actually means?

That is to say that if you're doing a business, your business is one that could get IN TOUCH with as many people as you can! Affecting their daily needs with your product or service you offered!

Don't get me wrong but what I'm trying to say here is to let you see the difference in having a business and working for somebody.

Here's a very simple example that T. Harv Eker mentioned before, If you're, for example, a beautician, how many people can you "affect" in a day? (Take it that you're the business owner, and you're out to maximize Profits!)

10 maybe? or at most 20!

So here's an scenario, what if 1 day, your reputation gotten very good and out of a sudden, you have 100 person lining outside your store looking for your service, Are you going to tell the last person that

"OH, You'll have to make an appointment and I'll probably be free 3 months from now?!"

Just imagine how would that guest react? WALK AWAY!

Now, here's another scenario whereby You're owning a business, Maybe a stationary Shop.

Same situation, if your reputation gotten great and suddenly, everybody is coming to your store to get your high-Quality Pencils and Pens! The demand for this particular product sores by 10000!

What you'll do is just to place an bigger order on the supplies and there you go, AFFECTING all 10000 guest who come to buy your product!

As we all know, Time is Precious! Would you choose to affect 20 people a day or affect 10000 people a day? Your Choice!

I am not saying that the service industry will definitely lose out to the distributors or wholesalers.

But in a Business Prospective, With the same scenario, That was a case of a LOSS Customer!

I started practicing this theory on the Airline Manager game which i had blogged in my previous post.

I set myself out to affect As MANY PEOPLE as possible! Going for shorter flight routes and accommodating as many passengers as possible rather than getting plane to fly a Long Distance, Earn a lump sum but only affects a small portion of your "unlimited supply" (since it's a game) of guest!

Then, since it's a shorter route, my repeatability is higher than those of the Long Distance routes. True or true? TRUE!

So, next time you play a game or open a business, do take into consideration what I had mentioned!

Today was an exciting day for me!

It was my first day visiting the theme park and it is fantastic!

And that's all I'll say, Dun wanna spill the beans yet!

Met up with my work colleagues and immediately, we started getting noisy early in the morning, CUZ we're super excited! HAHAS!

I spent half a day there touring the site and doing uniform fitting. There was also an assessment to see whether we can handle our Point-Of-Sales (POS) machine!

It was a pretty quick one and before long, it was 2pm! And we haven't had lunch!

So, Upon returning to harbourfront, The group who are free stayed behind for lunch while the rest had to go off.

I stayed for lunch and miggle with the funny people. There are some new faces that Its my first time hanging out with but it's fun!

As usual, I was the oldest there and we were talking about age, education and most of the time, JOKES!

Today is a OFF day for me.

I was woken up by a call from my supervisor this morning.

She had called me to tell me that The team is going to place a order directly with the Supplier for the shoes and that I DO NOT have to go shopping today!

Good or good? GOOD!

The first thing in the morning is already a good news!

After answering the call, i washed up and went off to Yew Tee CC to play basketball!

Although the Court was empty throughout the 2 hours, i still got to catch up with my secondary school friends!

Some of them are studying, some working but we all have a common thing, that is to still pick time out for basketball today! True or true? TRUE!

After the game, i had lunch with Samson and a friend that he brought along.

Samson is a currently studying at NTU but due to high expectations and poor string of results, he is considering dropping out of the course.

He asked for my advice about SIM's Global education and i told him about the difference of UOL and RMIT.

His girlfriend is studying at RMIT and by the look on his face, He seems to be assured to quit NTU soon.

Its a sad news to hear that he is even considering dropping out but that's just what nature is.

Anyway, I started on this facebook game call Airline Manager recently.

I would say that this application is a test of management skill. Managing an airline in this game is like managing a new business.

There's a startup capital which can be use to purchase more airplanes to expand the business or we can choose to invest into stocks of other airline (players).

It's also a test on a person's analytical skills in choosing which plane to buy, what's the fuel consumption rate, the range of the plane as well as the speed of the plane.

In short, we have to calculate the Return On Investment (ROI) of each airplane.

And ultimately, To make as much money as possible!

Although it is just a game, I do treat is like a test of my management skills.

Enough said, You have to try this game to see what benefits you can gain for yourself.

OMG! talking about spending money, i was sharing with Meng Xiang the other day, that i had spent close to $200 over the new year!

Can you imagine spending $200 over just 5 days?!

Not to forget that i am only a student working part-time. Sighs

I have to go into another exercise of "No Complaints" for the next 10 days to calm my thoughts a little.

Actually, I was having a conversation with Chris just now and i admitted that i'm actually LOW on my Motivation recently.

Maybe i had too much Negative energy lately or should i say that my mind is FOCUSING on all the spending that makes my emotions taken over my mind!

I ought to slap myself with the band! Seriously!

Tomorrow i am having a basketball game with my secondary school friends and maybe some catching up as well! =)

Went out last night to celebrate New year with my girlfriend again!

This time, i drove jimmy home!

We went to McPherson Road to have their famous Prawn Noodles!

The noodles is comparable to the Penang Prawn noodles from AMK's S11 foodcourt!

The soup is good and the prawn is crispy!

Like they fried the prawn and put it into the soup!

After having dinner, We head to Rochor Road for beancurd!

The whole night was fun and full of eating!

(I'm getting FAT sia!)

I end the evening by going to Chereen's house to take some new shows!

She has a collection of new TV dramas that my mum and aunt love to watch!

This morning, I woke up and my mum told me that there is a promoter from Singtel here to promote the Early Bird Special for the Barclay's EPL package and I listen to him explain what benefits he offers by coming door to door!

And the "freebies" would be the free installation of the set-up box, plus i do not need to pay anything till July 2010 and can watch Champions League for free!

The catch is that I have to sign up 1 year of their TV drama channels for $19.90!

Sounds reasonable to me and eventually i signed up the package! Good or good? GOOD!

After signing the package, I head down to Yishun to collect my Pay from Zhen Yang!

It's the Countdown for the year 2010!

but before that, I had woken up at 5.15am to send my uncle to the airport!

I reached home at 7am and i went to bed.

Woke up at 3.30pm again to get ready to meet with my RWS colleagues.

I was still thinking whether to drive to town as it's going to be crowded.

But, as i was about to leave my house, I decide to ACT IN SPITE OF FEAR!

"How can i be worrying about parking lots and traffic if i haven't even start driving?!"

And true enough, I drove!

The traffic is a little packed but it's reasonable given that i'm heading to town at 7.30pm!

BUT what i fear most didn't happen! I turned into the Car park i had initially planned to go and upon entering it, THERE WAS AN EMPTY PARKING LOT STARING AT ME!

And so, I drove right into the parking lot, place $2.00 worth of parking Coupon and I'm done!

Good or good? GOOD!

I was also feeling very reluctant about pumping petrol for my uncle's car since he left a almost empty fuel car with me but I thought that this was the MINIMUM i can do to repay him.

But like always, Spending $70 on fuel is going to hurt you especially if you're not the person that is going to use the car.

And for that, I Acted in SPITE OF FEAR again!

I Have a good time with my RWS colleagues and we went berserk the moment the clock strikes Mid night!

We ran into Buggy Bar, a Open Concept Bar at Clarke Quey whereby they open up the dance floor for everybody!

The group of us just rush into the bar and started partying, Dancing away!

Some of them were first timers for this kind of occasion and i just explain that it's NORMAL!

You're now looking at what we call NIGHT LIFE!!

At around 1am, I left my colleagues and visit my Girlfriend. My second event of the Night begins!

Watched Liverpool V.S. Aston Villa last night!

After watching the Avatar movie, I thought i would most probably be too tired to watch the game but I guess I was right to stay up.

Liverpool played with an attacking-minded tactic and I could see everyone of them are hungry to win the game.

However, The game was at a 0-0 draw all the way till the 90th mins when Torres scored in injury time!

It was like the last minute left on the clock and a lucky pounce of the ball fell onto the legs of torres!

He ran across goal and shoot with venom!

GOAL!!! And i jumped out of my bed! Feeling so excited at 6AM!

Liverpool WON the game 1-0!!

Afterwhich, I went to sleep and was nudge awake by Esther around 12.00pm!

I was super tired. So, I entertain her awhile and went back to sleep.

I eventually slept to 3pm. Wash up and started watching my variety shows which i have stopped for a long while since my job training!

In the evening, I went out for dinner with my Cousins and sister @ Jurong point.

Had a sumptuous meal at Ding Tai Feng!

After that, We shopped awhile and i bought a black shorts on discount, $15! It's usual price is around $35.00 and best of all, it's not a skinny cut like the ones they sell at Bugis Street!

I'm finally back in school!

This morning, When i was preparing to go to work, My mum told me that my uncle is going to Hong Kong to countdown the new year!

This means that I'll be the driver to send my uncle to the airport!

AND

I get to drive the car over new year! Good or good? GOOD!

Yesterday, i was still asking QQ how to get to RELC and QQ recommended to drive!

Then today, I got a chance to drive to RELC this coming saturday!

Cool isn't it?

Anyway, today i went to watch Avatar with Chris and Terence.

We wanted to watch the 9.00pm slot at Lot 1 but guess it's such a hot show that it was totally sold out!

Then, We were pondering whether to postpone the show when i thought of the word, "THIS IS IT" and i see what options are available for us.

I then decide to call my uncle if i can borrow his car provided that he is not using tonight too.

Car, Settled, Now we do not need to worry about movie ending without any Public Transports!

Sometimes, I got to admit that Public transports does deter people from watching Late Night Movie but once in a while doesn't hurt!

Who knows when i can get to drive again.

Today's the Last day of my Training and it was kinda sad that all of us will not get to go crazy within the same classroom again! =(

Good times are always bound to end, however, our friendship will be brought forward into our work environment where we are suppose to go as crazy as we can!

Today was a little fluke!

I was prepared to skip my Macroeconomics lesson for the last time when my training just ended 1 hour before my class even starts!

So, without hesitation, I Rush to school and was able to make it for class ON TIME!

by attending this class, I save myself alot of trouble doing self-studying and BOY I AM SO LUCKY!

The stuffs that the lecturer go through today is something that wasn't taught from my Bridging Class unlike the Supply, Demand curves which i sorta grasp the concept there.

SO, I did myself a very big flavour indeed!

Best of all, I have my Lecture notes with me all these while and i was able to attend the class like usual!

The long weekend is over!

There's job training at 0830 monday morning and i'm still not asleep?!

I went out with my RWS colleagues and hung out at the MINDS Cafe.

We have many team-building games instead of playing games within a small group.

There was at least 20 people present today and i'm glad that i could bond closer with my new friends!

We joked, did discussions, and we sure are a open-minded group which everyone of us are outgoing!

Majority of us stayed back for dinner after the main event and we hung out at clarke quey.

After that, we did some crazy and fun stuffs there.

"Disturbing" people who passes by and laughing here and there.

This is the first time that i hung out with 16 people going aimlessly around the shopping mall trying to find FUN!

At 8pm, Everybody was on their way home but i went for the second event of the day. To meet my girlfriend and pass her the present i bought!

Little did i expect that jimmy was there again and so we drove to Mustafa shopping center for a quick shopping and then to Balastier for A very Famous Bak-Kut Teh store in Singapore!

The meal is Superb but i can say that it is rather expensive! 1 Bowl of soup cost like $8!

But it is value for money i would say. The quality is definitely there!

I woke up at 1100 hrs this morning and I had a Terrible Stomachache!

Maybe i eat too much over the last 2 days!

For your information, I have been eating 2 days of pasta straight due to quality checking (QC) and on the actual day itself, I have to eat Pasta too! OMG!

So, That makes it 4 days running and now, There's even left-overs!

And my mum brought every single un-cooked ingredients back home! =(

This means that I'll have to cook MORE pastas for dinner and I'm getting sick of it!

Anyway, Like i said in my previous post, This Christmas Eve Gathering was Sponsored by my Uncle whom have just won a lottery!

Little did i expect him to give everybody money upon arrival at my uncle's home!

But since he wants to give us, We should never deprive him the satisfaction of giving.

Remember what T. Harv Eker's teaching?

Wrote this at a very late timing due to a Christmas celebration with my Family on Christmas Eve.

I was the head Chef for the day!

Cooking Pasta as the main course for everybody and mixing syrup drink too!

Firstly, I was on half-day training which was more on the technical part.

And after the training, It was Christmas cum Graduation Party!

We were all introduced to our respective immediate Supervisors, Managers.

And, I got to know who's within the same store allocation with me!

After the work part, comes the fun part!

We have 1 store manager in our class and he lead the party!

We played games, winning prizes and there's prize for "well-dressed" man and lady, Best Smile personnel, and not to forget, Best trainee!

Good or good? GOOD!

The grand finale was a "size of a GS table" cake specially ordered and tailored for our Graduation!

It was quite an unforgettable experience throughout this job training for me!

But like how every story has started, It has to end somewhere.

And for me, The job training ends next monday.

The friendship we made will carry over the new year and during this period when we're on "stand-by" until our managers call us up, We will continue focusing on our daily lives.

For me, It's back to studies and revision after missing 2 Macro Lectures!

I completed my Written and Role Play Assessment today!

3 cheers! for that.

Not just average but I believe that i've done well for my role play in particular!

My assessor complimented me for the fluency of speech, my competent "Bull-shitting" skills and my professional way of handling the guest's request!

Anyway, I got to make lots of new friends today! The word is LOTS~

And I've added many of them on facebook!

After the job training, I head down to POSB bank at Jurong East to settle my "pending" bank address which i had never changed before!

Like I've said from my previous post, The Bank couldn't process my Ibanking application due to my "pending" address which means that I do not have a home address on my Bank Account now?!

On top of that, I've re-submit another Ibanking applicaation upon ironing out the address issue. After that, I head home.

Not long later, I received this call from DBS, again!

I believe she was the same caller who had called me over the weekend to ask me to settle my address problem.

But I did not expect her to skip her introduction on the phone completely!!

Talking about guest service and this is what i got from a staff working for DBS?!

Besides, Her tone of voice was as though she's demanding me to do this, do that!

Here's a simple dialogue of our conversation,

Caller: " Hello, May i speak to Mr. Lee Wei Hao? "

Me: " Yes, speaking."

Caller: " Mr lee ahhh, Have you come by to the bank to settle your bank address thingy ahhh?"

Me: *I was Stunt for a second* "Oh, you're from the bank. I see"

Caller: "Yea, I am calling from DBS by the way. So, have you settled the address issue?"

Me: "I did. I happen to drop by Jurong East's POSB bank after i knock off from work today."

Caller: " Oh, did you tell them that it's urgent? Cuz we need you to confirm your address quickly before we can mail you your Ibanking device."

Me: "I see. I did not. *guess I'm not that in a hurry to use your Ibanking service given what you just said to me*"

Caller: "okay than, Thank you for your time. Good bye ..."

Me: "Bye then."

And I just got a typical example of poor customer service while I'm currently doing my Job training to provide a world class service or at least an above market service level kind of standard.

How Ironic isn't it?

I'm going to keep it short today since i have an assessment TEST tomorrow morning!

I was released early today from work again! But this time, the whole class was tasked to do Mystery Shopping, UNPAID!

But i got to bond with most of the guys and girls in class. We choose the nearest shopping center at IMM.

Along with me was 2 Atikah! YES! they have the exact same name! LOL.

And Eunice Lim.

So, We went on to do mystery shopping at G2000, Fox and Best Denki!

I've got to say, this exercise really open my eyes at how people serves.

Before this, I thought that sales personnel who as least greet guest upon arrival but little did i expect a sales person to turn his back on me after we had made eye-contact!

THAT GUY JUST OPENLY DIS-ACKNOWLEDGE ME!

And i never want to be served by that guy again~ Period!

Today, I got the attention of some of my trainers!

Dunno whether is it a good thing anot but nonetheless, 1 of them asked for my name.

It could be that I'm friendly in greeting them Hello and Goodbye respectively when we come in and knock off!

I had lunch with the Full-timers again! And i found out that most of our casual team-members have already been allocated their stores. And we will only know where we'll be stationed at come next monday. =)

Today is very special because i got release from training early!

So, I head to school immediately and chill for awhile, had an early dinner and wait for QQ to finish Macroeconomics class.

After-which, i got QQ to lend me his notes on the basis of copying in the notes that he had missed out earlier.

Fair trade i guess. =)

Anyway, I was early for work today! After last week's consecutively 2 days reporting late, I've conditioned my mind to never (or at least try) not to be late for work again!

I'll tell myself that if my work starts at 8.30am, I'll need to be at the training office at 8am!

This will give me some time allowance for emergencies like Stomachache which is a common thing for me!

At 7pm, I attended the Sociology night class which i had missed from last week and I left during the break!

I know it's not a very good idea but i just couldn't take it. The air-con inside combined with my activities today made me a sleepy man inside the Lecture Theater!

And so i left and head to West Mall to do some Late Christmas Shopping!

After that, I head home!

A peaceful weekend gone by swiftly!

I haven't get my Christmas presents yet but I got the food for this coming thursday's celebration already! Good or good? GOOD!

Tomorrow, I'll be having a long day with job training ending at 6pm and crashing Sociology Night Class at 7pm!

So, the only time i can get my last minute Christmas presents is only Tuesday!

As you can see, my time slot is getting very packed till Christmas.

Anyway, I had a chat with Terence after his T3B seminar over the weekend.

It was very fruitful and I wish i could be there.

I ask an advise from Terence on whether should i cut my cost at 0.365 for my stock at RafflesEdu.

The stock hasn't been doing well for the past 3 trading days and the price fell by 10 cents!

That's a paper loss of $200 for me!

But both Terence and I agreed that the price have fell more than 8% of my buying price and I should be cutting my loss now!

Let me just give you a short but useful example that i've learned.

if i buy a stock at $1000 for 1000 shares, the price per share is $1.00

So, given a free-falling price market,

read variable from left to right,

Price fall - % changes - % change needed to break-even

$0.92 - 8% - 8.8%

$0.80 - 20% - 25%

$0.70 - 30% - 42%

.

$0.50 - 50% - 100%

___________________________________________________

Basically, What I'm trying to say is that the stock price is currently free-falling and the percentage change is not the same as your percentage to break-even!

You can tell me that if my price drop by 50 cents, to $0.50 per share, you just need the market price to rise by 50 cents to break even, But what you don't know is that you're asking for a 100% improvement of that stock!

Comparing to a drop by $0.08 to $0.92, what you need is the price to rise back to $1.00 at a % change of 8.8%

Therefore, you can see that experts from T3B have recommended that all should cut cost when your stock price fell from 8% of your buying price!

Because, if the price fell anymore, I would require a very massive improvement from the stock just to break even!

For now, my stock needs a bounce back of 25% for me to break-even due to my negligence of not cutting my loss when the price fell tby 8%.

So, that's my story to share and lucky for me, this will turn out to be a valuable experience for my future trading!

Haven't got alot to say today.

I was woken up by a call from DBS.

They say that my home address is under "pending" which explains why my application for Ibanking have been delayed.

They need me to take a trip to their bank to settle it!

Like i said on my previous post, I delicate today for my self-study and so i did!

But before that, I have to go to the hospital to visit my Grandma.

My Grandma have been hospitalized for a very bad fall.

Hopefully she can recover soon. My mum have been very worry for her and so am I.

After my hospital trip, I went over to HarbourFront to wait for my Girlfriend, Chereen, to knock off.

However, I was there early since i left home early to visit my grandma. That's the time when i went over to Starbucks for coffee and started studying my Macroeconomics!

While i was at Starbucks, I saw this foreigner trying to connect to the wireless@SG from his laptop but he did not know that he have to log into the website before he can carry on surfing his personal website.

And So, after observing him "getting lost" for awhile, I decided to walk up to him and TELL him!

I gave him my Wireless@SG account with my password and He thanked me. He was very happy and so am I!

Soon, Chereen had Knocked off and we head over to her house for dinner since her mum had cooked!

This means I didn't spend a CENT for my date today! Good or good? GOOD!

I was EARLY for training today!

The past 2 mornings have been a poor one. It's raining rather heavily.

Good thing I left home early and I reached company at 8AM!!

I went for the FREE breakfast at the Cafeteria! Good or good? GOOD!

"Singaporeans LOVE FREE THINGS!" Me too!

Yesterday, I was told that this 8 day course will be completed with a certification from the Workforce Development Agency (WDA) as a recognition of our training! Good or good? FANTASTIC!

Not only did i get paid for training, I even got a certificate in Retail to add onto my Resume!

I had a small talk with one of the managers over lunch today and they all recognize my maturity and they support my thinking of getting a Degree! Doing this Part-time job would actually Aid my understanding of things better.

I got to somehow agree with that statement!

Afterall, What's a certificate worth if you do not have the right attitude?

The Correct personality is just as important with an open vision to seeing things.

Back to topic, The training consists of many role plays as well as CRM lectures!

It's like I'm refreshing on the modules that i've done during my Final Year in Polytechnic!

But since i got my Diploma in 2007, there's a good 2 years in between. Thus, I would see this training as a course to refresh my my knowledge and to learn whats the trend in service industry.

And here's the 5 success for today:

1. I did my Wealth Declaration in the morning!

2. I get to know more new friends!

3. I got to my workplace 30mins before the reporting time!

4. I received the Letter from UOL to send in my application for next year's examination!

It was raining heavily today and you guess it, I was LATE for work!

Today, by 5 minutes! and with a house rule of penalty 50 Cents per min, I had to fork up $2.50!

I guess its call learning the lesson the hard way! I find that my penalty at 2 bucks is nothing consider the EVEN later-Comers!

Subsequently, all the guys who were stuck in the rain and slow traffic all blamed the bus, Blame this, Blame that!

That i got to comment. I understand that my class's age group is rather young and most of them are casual workers and some just even finished their N or O levels!!

Thus, giving excuses seems to be the norm for them when something like raining in the morning causes the traffic to jam and pushes all their responsibility away!

For me, Although i was a late-comer too, I have to agree to the code of conduct! I understand that regardless of whatever beautiful reasons it may be, if you're late, YOU"RE LATE!

My Operations Manager even relate our incident to Army and I had a small giggle on my face.

Recalling maybe my CSM will gift you 2 X Confinement on a good day or 3 X EXTRA duties on a bad day!

Worst case would be Summary Trial!

But due to the young age group and the class consists of more girls than guys, I don't think that they're able to see the clear picture at all.

Nonetheless, What I'm trying to say is that I should be RESPONSIBLE to all my ACTIONS!

I choose to be dilly-dally and planning my time to reach Jurong East MRT station around 8.15AM when I'm suppose to be seated in the classroom at 0830! Not at the Guard house, or Bus stop or anywhere else!

Now, That's provided that the shuttle bus comes at 0820 sharp and pick us up on time! And If the Shuttle bus is late, Who do we Blame now?

Leaving the case of a shuttle bus aside, If you're required to take a Public transport to work and you know that the bus usually comes at maybe 0820 but it didn't turn up at that time sharply today.

Thus, Causing you to be late for work. Do you tell your boss that

"oh boss, sorry but the bus come late ah!?"

So, WHOSE Fault is it now?

Them or US? you tell me!

I was late for my training! That I have to admit that it was my Fault!

I did not check the Timing of the free shuttle bus and there was 7 of us waiting for it to come when the timing is 8.40am!

Obviously, if we had taken the bus 51, we could have been on time!

But thats a BIG "IF"

I was conditioned to be Early and i failed one of my Major principles because i did not check the Free bus Schedule!

Today, I got a test on the company's product, vision, and my roles & responsibilities!

It was a lesson that i had gone through most of them during my Poly Days But i treat this as a refresher course for me!

One word that i had conditioned my mind not to use easily is the word :

"I KNOW!"

I find that there should be a better word to replace this if i really want to get the meaning across to the other party!

Just Imagine trainer is teaching you something that you had learn and your mind keep telling you that "Aiyah! I ALREADY KNOW LAH!"

That is what i call a DIS-EMPOWERING thought!

I wouldn't be able to learn or even REFRESH my learning if my mind had that mindset! True or true? TRUE!

I passed my test and i was even dismissed early!

However, I did not head to the Macro Class as i decide that it is a risk too big to take IF the lecturer caught me since i already got a warning JUST ONE WEEK AGO!

So, I'll devote my time, Maybe over the weekend to read up on my own for the lesson I've missed.

CONGULATIONS! Today's the 30th day after attending the Millionaire Mind Intensive Seminar by Mr. T. Harv Eker!

And I could PROUDLY say that i've Complete Harv's Challenge of wearing the Band on my Wrist!

Today's the 2nd day of my Training and I got to know 3 new friends!

I had lunch with them and i just hope to get to know more people!

But then again, I'm also quite pissed at how the School Admin had handled my request!

Making me wait for their email makes me feel stupid! And I DON'T like Feeling STUPID!

Hopefully, the admin can resolve my issue soon! Preferably with a POSITIVE answer!

Today's my first day at Work!

I was there early and I met up with Tian Dee, a guy i got to know of when we were doing our Mass Interview @ Red hill!

He's a full-timer and subsequently, I got to know another Full-timer call Francis!

Francis has a looks of a 28 year old man but his Actual age is 39! OMG

That just says that you can't judge a person by his looks!

Anyway, After my training, I rushed to School to attend my Afternoon lesson.

Fortunately, I was able to reach there before the lecturer gone into teaching the new topics!

I woke up at 12pm still feeling damn shag!

I believe it was yesterday's house-moving, KTV and late night soccer till 3.30am that makes me tired out!

I had officially stayed up for 18 hours!

Anyway, I was able to watch my videos that i had BT for very long while now. My little cousin, Esther wasn't at home today!

My Secondary school friend, Chin Sheng called me up to ask me to play Basketball!

And I agreed!

*I haven't played Basketball for a very long time!*

And during the game, 1 of my friend, Shi An, asked me about my opinions about studying Business at SIM.

I gave him a brief talk about further studies and asked him further if he heard about a term "Passive Income"

And as expected from a Engineering Student, He had no idea!

Next, I asked him if he heard about MLM and he said yes!

So, I used the example of MLM to link how the Business world people are thinking.

I shared with him what I've learnt from T. Harv Eker!

His mindset was set at "Working Hard, earning more means NO TIME to spend the money earned!"

That's when i told him that Rich Businessman work hard for a period, and then they WORK SMART!

They let their Money Work HARD for them after saving whatever the amount they had earned from their SALARIED JOB!

And the rest of the topic was smooth- sailing, he is a bright guy and he immediately saw a BIG picture to LIFE!

After playing Basketball, I went home.

Today have been a busy day for me!

I woke up 7am to go for class. At 12pm, Kang An SMS-ed me to ask me whether i wanted to do Invigilation.

I AGREED! Since I had nothing to do in the evening, MIGHT AS WELL help out Kang An and at the same time, Earn some quick BUCKS!

Some of you might noticed that i actually missed my homework for the first time! Omg!

Actually, I was waiting for the School Admin to reply my email on whether i can attend lecture at other time slot.

However, There is little time to waste as i had stated in my earlier post.

I waited till evening and the email didn't came eventually. I was told by QQ that there was a night class held by the same lecturer for the part-time students and that we could crash their lecture.

My Thought of that was that, Since the admin didn't get back to me, I should be getting things into my own hands.

And so i told QQ that we should attend the lecture. And We Did.

Only to be BUSTED by the lecturer himself!

We thought that we had skipped the danger phase when the admin was not outside the lecture Theater.

Least did we found out that the lecturer recognized my face and asked me whether i was from his morning class. Something which i thought i got nothing to hide and i said YES!

The next thing he said was something shocking,

"HOW COME LIKE THAT?!"

"IF I LET YOU ATTEND THE CLASS, LATER EVERYBODY COME TO ME AND SAY THEY WANT TO ATTEND THE NIGHT CLASS TOO!"

My response was less that satisfactory but I had to take control of my emotions.

The lecturer gave his reason that there are easily 60 people whom want to switch their lesson schedule to the night class and that if everybody starts CRASHING his night lecture, It will be UNFAIR for the Part-timers.

And So, Me and QQ was invited to leave the lecture during the break.

Not that bad afterall, Considered that we could have missed the full 3 hour lecture next monday when we had to go for our job training.

Anyway, I'm not going to give any excuse for not doing my homework yesterday!

I have therefore, published yesterday's post along with today's post rather than COVERING UP by just adjusting the date posted.

I Am almost finished with T. Harv Eker's Book and i want to share phase which i find it meaningful.

I got a call from RWS today!

It was about another Walk-In Interview which i already did over the weekend and apparently, They did not update the man-power database!

Anyway, I told the caller that i am already IN RWS and we ended our conversation!

Then, I check on the SIM student website and i finally GOT into the MyMail System which the school had specifically remind us to use that mail account if we want to contact with the admin stuff.

"They will not ENTERTAIN any mail from Personal Account like Gmail, Yahoomail or Hotmail."

I got to say, There's a little process but as we all know, The admin will normally take 2 - 3 days before everything could be settled.

Time is something that i do not have! If the admin takes till Friday to get things settled, I would have been better off taking things on my own hands and crash Wednesday's lecture ahead of their reply.

Oh well, Let's hope we get all things issues iron out before i have to write a negative feedback to the School.

In school today, I got a new GREY jacket that Terence bought for me. And on top of that, I gave Nicholas $10 to get me a T-shirt since he is heading to Bangkok on Thursday! Good or good? GOOD!

I was bombarded with calls this morning! First was QQ which ended up as Miss call because i was bathing and then it was Chang Da to call me next when i came out of my shower.

He asked me to have lunch with him since he's nearby my house where his workplace is! And i told him I was going to meet Jun Xiong to go to the bank. Then, Jun Xiong called and i told him i was running late.

Eventually, Me, Chang Da and Jun Xiong all meet up and went to DBS to get the new Platinum Black card which is free! Good or good? GOOD!

*Singaporeans LOVE free things!*

Then, we had lunch at the coffeeshop opposite of the Bus-interchange at Lot 1. As we were eating, we were discussing over what we can do for Christmas this year!

And thus, the 3 member committee is formed for this year's Christmas celebration! We're gonna do it at chang da house! either on the 24, 25 or 26th Dec!

More details to be discussed at another time.

After the morning/afternoon buzz, i head to school and was there EARLY! I bought a tea and start revising through my Lecture notes since there's our 3rd Macroeconomics test today!

Even though with all the studying, Me and QQ still skipped the test eventually because along the way, the lecturer drop hints about where the test question is going to come from and that part i didn't really study?!

I was supposed to attend the Adam Koo Seminar today as stated from my previous post but i sms-ed Dexter from Advisor Clique that i've found a Part-time Job over the weekend and that I would relish any chance to work together in the future. Cheers!

Then, It was my army Buddy, who asked me out for dinner next! I agreed to join him initially when he asked around 3pm. We agreed to eat around school, Clementi the furtherest!

However, He played me out again, by changing the venue to Aljunied MRT! Stating that we could eat at Geylang! But my thought was like, OMG! How will somebody in the right mind travel so far to have a meal. And on top of that, That place is where he brought me to his LFI!

QQ was with me when my army buddy sms-ed me, but he told me not to doubt his intention. And i agreed. BUT again, Asking me to travel so far out just to have a meal is ridiculous!

And so i rejected him and had dinner in school!

After dinner, It was going home. =)

I went SWIMMING today! I actually woke up for that!

I slept very late the night before and my mind was telling me all the negative thoughts about going to swim!

But i resist that and went on with the "Heck! This is it!" and I showered, Changed and left home!

I got to say, Once you started doing it, Like i stepped out of my house, My Mind wasn't being negative anymore.

No more asking me to sleep longer and stuff! haha

Swimming trip includes Chris, Terence and Kang an. We talked for a very long while before swimming for a few laps and we called it a day.

We decided to talk more over lunch! And boy we did!

We went through topics from Cartoons to old school-movies and interest!

Then, It was a short shopping trip at Lot 1 where I got a Cardigan from Cotton On! It's a discounted product for this piece and I had been aiming to get 1 of those!

So, I didn't really hesitated and i got it! Good or good? GOOD!

I went for my Interview with Resort World Sentosa (RWS) which i eventually GOT RECUITED! Good or good? GOOD!

Along being recuited was QQ with the position of CREW! Strangely enough, We both appplied for Crew and i got into retail, Sales Associate instead of the rides attraction which i was partly looking forward to.

I got to say that the Pay was a little Disappointing given the hype around this IR project. QQ managed to peek at his neighbor who is applying for Full-time and saw her Letter of Offer!

The Pay was !@#$%^&! Maybe this is a post that is for the (No Offense) lesser educated people but since we're applying for Part-time, We got into the same group with them!

Although there were questions over the training date and days, I committed myself to this job! Like what i told QQ, We should not reject what is offered to us, We'll take and expand our capabilities before moving on to the bigger stage and as we go along, we may jump ship!

Who knows, right? haha.

I felt so deprived of sleep today! Partly due to sleeping late the night before.

However, I wasn't late for class! I was on the dot!

I managed to finish my Accounting test 1 and surprisingly, my Balance sheet not only couldn't balance! I had a Difference of 45, 000!

Tell me i left something out! HAHAS!

Anyway, I attended Managerial Economics in the Afternoon! I got back my First M.E. test and ANOTHER SURPRISE! I got a 40 marks! which accounts for an "C" grade!

You may say that i shouldn't celebrate when i only got an "C" but then again, i know where i stand! So I should CELEBRATE for this success!

After class, I got an follow-up call from Sue, Advisor Clique. She invited me for a seminar talk next monday by MULTI-MILLIONAIRE, ADAM KOO! I told her that I'll try my best to attend the FREE seminar! Good or good? GOOD!

Whats even better is that i am allowed to bring a friend too! So Terence, QQ or Chris whoever wants to seat in this seminar can contact me! I know that after the seminar could be a series of Hard-sell from the guys there but still, I am more interested to listen what Adam Koo have to offer and share! True or true? TRUE!

When i reached home, i found out that i had this gentleman called "Timothy Ryan Patton" whom he introduced as a follower of T. Harv Eker's teaching too! So he wants to discuss with me and share stories with me too! Great or what?

Last surprise of the day, I got a call from Zhen Yang to work at Jurong Point tml! although i had to tie down with him about my morning interview and evening plans, I still can work 7 hours!

I woke up at 12pm and started studying my Accounting for i have Accounting test in the morning tml!

Mid-way through my studying, my cousin, ESTHER, Said that she wanted to eat Sour Plums and So i brought her to the Convenient store just opposite of my house.

This expense is charged under my "Give" Account. This Account is something that can come in the form of Money or Time! I had the money to buy her a packet of Sour Plums and a Bottle of Root Beer too!

As always, I am an generous Giver and AN EXCELLENT RECEIVER!

I may not be able to receive monetary benefits from my cousin but i sure received A LOT of thankfulness! I felt that i did something good! True or true? TRUE!

Later in the evening, I was planning to meet Terence at Orchard, 7.30pm initially. However, A late MSN message from Zhen Yang, My NETS boss, told me that my Pay is ready for collection! Good or good? GREAT!

And so Me and Terence made a Detour to Jurong Point and collected our PayCheck!

I gotten $288.00 for my effort and time! And when i got the Pay, I practised the 6 Account system. I also went on to declare to the UNIVERSE:

Woke up when my Cousin, ESTHER, came into my room today.

It was still early for my interview at 3.30pm and so i took my time, went to shower, and eventually still left home at 2.15pm to reach Paya Lebar at 3.10pm!

QQ was scheduled at a interview timeslot at 2pm which we could have gone through it together! Nonetheless, It was a Dull interview from QQ's prospect of view since we had already knew beforehand about what this company is doing and that we haven't show any desire to this job.

The time commitment for this job is equivalent to a Full-Time job. Talking about Stable pay, I was reading T. Harv Eker's Book on the MRT to Paya Lebar and there it was telling me that Rich people gets Paid by their Efforts and Poor people gets paid by the hour!

I'm not against Poor people here. But have you ever wondered or calculated to find that YOU CAN NEVER BE A MILLIONAIRE by having a fixed $2500 a month?!

The catch here is, what we always presume the right way to earning money was through a stabled Income and this is just for survival!

I'm not going to spoil the whole book but I'll just state ONE of it's very Important Wealth Principle which i find that everybody should know or had already known.

" YOU NEVER PUT A CAP ON YOUR INCOME!" That is the first rule of thumb for MILLIONAIRE!

By limiting your Income to the hours you can work, You're limiting your own potential and not reaching your true wealth Potential!

I ended my interview early since I got first hand information from QQ that it was more of a Full-time job.

Then, In the evening, I had a talk with my Mum that i almost flew out my Chair! It's a very sensitive topic regarding my Aunt's Financial situation right now that its not convenient for me to disclose anything here.

However, I'm willing to share the information with you personally should you promised to keep it to yourself. =)

I slept very late last night becuase of the heavy buffet dinner i ate. And Guess what?! I gotten a call from Resort World Singapore (RWS) to come for their interview! Whoohoo!

Guess the HR guy is very efficient! But credit to Chris because he got us the job application form and submitted in for us! 3 weeks ago, We could have send in our resume to the HR directly but with Chris's help, our chances are doubled!

The Interview is schedule this saturday 9am! More details will be sent to my email. *Hurray!*

In the afternoon, I went for my socialogy class! And I presented today's tutorial with the discussion of my group of course! Then, one of the group members, Zac brought out his MacBook and we started facebook-ing during our LONG LONG break as always!

I logged into my account and starts adding every single one of our group members! Good or good? GOOD! Since we're in the same class, we're considered friends aren't we? =)

After Class, I went back home and since i got nothing to do on hand, I went out for a run!

The feeling after running is ever so good. Especially to run at night! Just felt that you've achieved something by sweating!

Thereafter, I accompanied my cousin, esther whom have been staying over at my house recently. You can say that my mum is baby-sitting her since my aunt is working and her brothers are either schooling or working as well. Her father, probably counldn't take care of her which was why she came staying over at our house.

I felt a little sorry for her to not being able to stay with her immediate family. The last time she saw them was over the weekend. For a child, I know this primary stage of socialization is important and I have my role to play too! Now that she's staying under one roof with me.

I know that whatever i do, I'll affect her directly or indirectly! So, I must set a good role model for her at any one time so as not to let her pick up any bad habits unknowingly!

I woke up at 9.45AM today. I took out my *dusty* formal clothes which i have not wore them for almost 3 years! so yea, I'm glad I'm still able to fit into them Perfectly!

I left house around 10.30am and was on my way for my first interview since ORD from army!

*hurray! I'm one step closer in getting a part-time job!*

I was also styling my hair for the first time since i had a haircut last night. So it's not that bad looking. My Confidence grew tremendously that i got excited while i was still on the MRT to Raffles place.

Here's a little Background of this company. The name is call Advisors Clique. They are a subsidiary for Great Eastern, under OCBC singapore. Their main mission is to sell insurance (yup, you heard it!) to the private sector through PERSONAL SELLING!

I could say that i EASE through my first screening easily with an "Junior" of mine since she graduate from NYP later than me! I did their Personality test and the results was very satisfying for both me and them. It's the old time, D.I.S.C test that determines your characteristic and to even talk about being in their industry, I have to score High in (D) and (I).

I remember doing this test while i was still in Poly and i could faintly remember that i was high on (C) at that time. Now, I'm a complete OPPOSITE to then! I scored 8 (D) and 8 (I) with 3 (S) and 1 (C)! Good or good? GOOD!

Of course, this personality test may not be the most accurate tool to just me but me myself have already experienced the changes I've conditioned myself to be!

Just a slight Recap in case you've forgotten what high (D) means. (D) basically stands out for leadership. People who are high in (D) does not like working for people! They want to own a business! And they have good leadership qualities!

People with high (I) stands for high Individualism. They wants full control of their life. Similar to (D) they, normally go hand in hand.

People with high (S) are people who wants high Security. Be it Job security, relationship security. These people are more of the risk adverse type.

People with high (C) represents people with high Analytical skills. They always reason on how things happen and it goes hand in hand with security.

Above was my brief understanding of the D.I.S.C test but you can always google it and check for the exact explanation for each individual characteristic!

Before i slept last night, Chris Sms-ed me. He just finished his clubbing at Butter Factory. And he's suppose to be the organiser for today's 2012 movie outing but there weren't any plans till he smsed everybody at 5AM in the morning when he reached home!

Fast forward 8 hours later, I was on MSN discussing about where to watch the movie with chris, Terence and QQ! Eventually, we choose to watch the movie at YISHUN!

The movie is awesome! I dunnno where the producers got the idea from but this movie about world destruction is by far the best i've seen in recent years! The last one that made an impression on me was INDEPENDENCE DAY! which i believe is a movie that was firmed 10 years ago!

After the movie, we hang out at a coffeeshop for dinner (I wasn't eating though) which i handed over my resume and job application form that Chris had gotten for us. We were dismissed after dinner and i head to Harbourfront to meet my girlfriend, CHEREEN.

I was able to have my hair cut today. *What a timely hair-cut for my interview tml!*

After Chereen is done with my hair, we had dinner at a coffeeshop nearby her house since by the time she knocked off, it was already 10pm!

Had a short date with her and i went home eventually to know that Liverpool had won against Eveton 2-0! Good or good? GOOD!

I woke up around 11.30AM and had an light lunch. Due to the heavy steamboat dinner last night, I'm still very full! Then i went to Plaza Singapura around 1.45pm to meet up with QQ.

We set down at the hotel lobby of Concorde Hotel waiting for the seminar to start at 3pm. I lent him my Marco-economics lecture notes that he missed during his absence from class.

At 3pm, Terence Came and we went into an HIGHLY EDUCATIONAL SEMINAR! The Company is call T3B and they are a group of traders that does mentoring for new traders with the help of their in-house seminar plus SYSTEM!

The guy who did the preview talk is a trader named Derrick. He shared many experience that he have about the stock market and unknowingly to most of us, He named quite a few of the Common mistake that many small-time investors made due to the lack of homework or external support.

As you all know, I just started trading in stocks recently and my portfolio is worth up to $6700! So, I'm very adamant that i get hold of those educational information there is out there. And i'm glad that i didn't MISS out of this seminar preview opportunity which offered me this OPENING!

I found out the amount of information i could get from the seminar and i COMMITTED myself, Along with fellow Warrior, Terence. We both signed up for the 2 and a 1/2 day seminar that cost us SGD$2788!

However, that amount compared to the possible capital to be lose in the financial market is TOTALLY PEANUTS! Although i haven't really lose money in the trading stock, but i'm already on a PAPER LOSS for 2 of my current stock. And My current Focus is on whether to keep holding or to sell them!

I've also switched my mentality to being a Short or Mid-term investor depending on how the market goes. All in all, I've seen the potential growth in me joining the course and Learning a skill that could be Invaluable to me in the future!

Like what T. Harv Eker had said, You can be earning a high income now but if you do not have a good money blueprint, You still lose your savings through, spending and you'll never know what hit you! Terrible or terrible? HORRIBLE!

For me, The chance of knowing this system is definitely not by luck. I can feel that my Positive Energy is signaling to the Universe and I'm getting ways to my Ultimate goal being PRESENTED to me!

Again, quoting what T. Harv Eker had mentioned, If you have set your mind and stop sending confusing signals to the Universe( about what you want), the path to success will be shown to you like a Success for Dummies book! All you need to do is to follow! And you bet i DID!

Of course, you may wonder where i got the $2788.00 from? But all i can say is that i owe it all to my Supporting and understanding Mother Whom not just being able to give my Moral support but Financial support in terms of Loan as well! Good or good?FANTASTIC!

I'm going to issue myself a very challenging task NOW and that is to say "I LOVE YOU!" to both my MOTHER AND FATHER!

Challenging or not? It all depends how you see it. For me, I'm going to STEP OUT of my shadow and drop my ego when facing my Parents! *I don't need my stupid Ego to stop me from saying "I love you" to my parents!* True or true? TRUE!

That Sentence was always locked within my Mind Bank and for 22 freaking years, I haven't been able to say that 1 sentence for fear that i may burst out crying!

Today is a Public holiday! Hari Raya to be exact! And best of all, I've no MORNING CLASS today!

I woke up today, receiving a call from QQ, He said he had just been offered a interview with HSBC! And he did NOT even sent in his resume for this job at all! Good or good? GOOD!

It's my sister's birthday CELEBRATION today although her actual birth date is on 2th Dec! Nonetheless, it's a public holiday so most of my relative could make it! We had steamboat for dinner and i helped out in setting up the table.

In the late afternoon, I received a call from HSBC too! and this time they're offering me a interview for the position of financial planner! Good or good? FANTASTIC!

I arranged the interview timing to the same day with QQ which is next Wednesday! I feel so excited now that i've gotten 2 interview slot on hand. I felt that the UNIVERSE is slowly feeding me with my path to my ultimate goal!

My Ultimate GOAL = TO BE FINANCIALLY FREE by 2015!

But first, I'll start off by earning part-time due to my commitment with studies. And I'm COMMITTED to my WEALTH too!

After dinner, I was on MSN with Chris and he told me that he had gotten a FORM for us to apply a Part-time job @ Sentosa too! *Things are just all going smoothly!* True or true? TRUE!

I'm going for a Free Seminar at 3pm tml and before that, I'll meet up with QQ to catch up with his homework since he skipped 2 lessons this week!

So, here's my 5 success for today!

1. I did my wealth Declaration today!

2. I deposited $1.00 into my financial Freedom Account!

3. I Sent out resume to 2 jobs today!

4. I received a job interview for next wednesday!

5. I have a GREAT Family gathering today!

Woke up at 12pm today. I got a call from one of my prospective employer! *so excited* It seems to be one of my resume reached them and i scheduled for a job interview next monday, 11.30am! Good or good? GOOD!

Then, I got a call from QQ to confirm his seat at this saturday's free seminar on stock market! This is what i call education!

FREE SEMINAR = FREE EDUCATION!

I'm a firm believer about life-long learning! And we should always keep ourself on the forefront of the market. By doing so, we actually create an edge over others in terms of knowledge! True or true? TRUE!

In the afternoon, I meet up with Chereen, my girlfriend, and we pass by this eyebrown specialist corner where she enquired about the price of doing her eyebrown. The personel there quote her a reasonable value of $130 and Chereen was doing some serious considerations!

She have been wanting to do her eyebrown so that she dun need to make-up her eyebrown everyday! I don't get why ladies like to do all this but guess it's part of the beauty expense that all girls will spent on themselves. However, she had hesitated for a long time due to the cost and also the pain that she'll be getting.

Chereen started calling her sis, and asked me about my opinion on doing her eyebrown and i told her to go ahead. If you have been wanting to do this for that long, WHY NOT JUST DO IT AND GET OVER WITH IT?!

After a short discussion, she decided to DO IT!. Upon deciding on which style she likes with her Specialist, the specialist started to up-sell her a much expensive package which obviously comes with a much creative results! The price was $990!!!!

We were not a slightest bit interested at that deal but the lady, whom happens to be the manager of that place just carried on. Infact, the manager did the creative package on Chereen while she was explaining the package to us! So, it didn't take long before we were seeing the results of her creative package!

Chereen's eyebrown looks beautiful! As compared to what the other customers at the shop!
Then, the manager starts reasoning why she go ahead with the creative package even when she knew beforehand that we were not interested.

The Manager said," you (Chereen) are so young, and this creative eyebrown look suits you perfectly! "

At this point, me and Chereen was actually quite impressed with the results but the prcie was definately a stumping block!

Then, the manager went on: "I know you like it very much. So, since I'm the manager here, I'll give you a discount! You can say that I'm crazy but just help me do some word-of-mouth advertising and i'm charging you only $380 plus 5 years of aftersale service! "

Of course, at $380, it was still quite a lump sum but this time, we were considering. I told Chereen to treat this as an investment for her not needing to draw eyebrown for 5 years! Its definately Worth the money!

Eventually, Chereen got the package and i felt very proud of her! She managed to see the "Go-Getter" spirit that i've been trying to show her! True of true? TRUE!

So here's my 5 success for today:

1. I got a job interview on next monday!

2. I share with Chereen what i've learnt from my MMI seminar! (briefly)

3. I bought a $14 piece of cod fish!

4. I did not make any complaints today!

5. I deposited $1.00 into my Financial Freedom Account!

I went to AMK hub to meet QQ for dinner. It was a simple dinner @ Subway and then we went to collect our Levi's jeans we sent for altering last friday!

Dinner was good, and after collecting the jeans, QQ said he wanted to shop for a shirt and off we go around AMK hub to look for one! We initially went into this shop that sells very trendy shirt but then the pricing was ridiculous! They sell like $69 per piece for new arrivals!

I know i shouldn't be looking at price when i shop but that price just turns people away on first impression. Lucky i didn't did the "Go-Getters" thingy on QQ if not he would have spent a bomb over a shirt.

After that, we saw a shirt from Spade. It was very trendy and nice. The pricing was reasonable for a boutique @ $49 plus he got a 10% discount which cost him around $44.00 in the end. Good or Good? GOOD!

Last week, i also got a 10% discount for my Sennheiser ear-piece. Why? It's because i met a NYP student whom used to went through my NYAA orientation (when i was the orientation group leader then!) during my Poly days. i think he's doing Year 3 by now?!

I truly believe that was a result of what i've always mentioned. The Law of Attraction! Unknowingly, I got this very good deal and discount from a old friend you could say! Great or great? Fantastic!

I woke up at 12pm today and i was working on my Resume. I found this incredible job last night that says Part-time Motivators/trainers and I was super excited!

I knew i have to try for it and the pay is extraordinary! it says $30 - $150 PER HOUR!!!

I know I'm over-exasperating it but this is some offer that shouldn't be missed! And i sent in my resume along with QQ in the afternoon.

I also sent in my resume for another sales promoter job offer and As a Go-Getter, I'm so proud of myself! Looking back, I know that i will not even dare sending my resume in for that kind of job offer! I just chicken out or laugh at the fact that i most probably wouldn't get the job.

However, now I've changed. "If i didn't even submit my resume in, It's as good as giving up before the race began!"

And that's an Attitude of a LOSER to me! TRUE of True? TRUE!

Life is always full of opportunities, but if we keep skipping opportunities like the one i've mentioned above, then when will you start stepping out of your comfort zone and make a change?

I've been a chicken for too long and now i've decided to take a change. THIS IS ME!

1. I sent out my resume to 2 different companies!

2. I edited my CV and even took a photo of myself to include in it!

3. I came home and went out for a run!

4. I deposit $1.00 into my Financial Freedom Account!

5. I am actively searching for a new Part-time Job!

With my resumes being sent out, I'm so relief and excited now. I'm hoping that they'll call soon!
