D+38

I completed my Written and Role Play Assessment today!

3 cheers! for that.

Not just average but I believe that i've done well for my role play in particular!

My assessor complimented me for the fluency of speech, my competent "Bull-shitting" skills and my professional way of handling the guest's request!

Anyway, I got to make lots of new friends today! The word is LOTS~

And I've added many of them on facebook!

After the job training, I head down to POSB bank at Jurong East to settle my "pending" bank address which i had never changed before!

Like I've said from my previous post, The Bank couldn't process my Ibanking application due to my "pending" address which means that I do not have a home address on my Bank Account now?!

On top of that, I've re-submit another Ibanking applicaation upon ironing out the address issue. After that, I head home.

Not long later, I received this call from DBS, again!

I believe she was the same caller who had called me over the weekend to ask me to settle my address problem.

But I did not expect her to skip her introduction on the phone completely!!

Talking about guest service and this is what i got from a staff working for DBS?!

Besides, Her tone of voice was as though she's demanding me to do this, do that!

Here's a simple dialogue of our conversation,

Caller: " Hello, May i speak to Mr. Lee Wei Hao? "

Me: " Yes, speaking."

Caller: " Mr lee ahhh, Have you come by to the bank to settle your bank address thingy ahhh?"

Me: *I was Stunt for a second* "Oh, you're from the bank. I see"

Caller: "Yea, I am calling from DBS by the way. So, have you settled the address issue?"

Me: "I did. I happen to drop by Jurong East's POSB bank after i knock off from work today."

Caller: " Oh, did you tell them that it's urgent? Cuz we need you to confirm your address quickly before we can mail you your Ibanking device."

Me: "I see. I did not. *guess I'm not that in a hurry to use your Ibanking service given what you just said to me*"

Caller: "okay than, Thank you for your time. Good bye ..."

Me: "Bye then."

And I just got a typical example of poor customer service while I'm currently doing my Job training to provide a world class service or at least an above market service level kind of standard.

How Ironic isn't it?

And here's my 5 success for today:

1. I Completed my Assessment today!

2. I got complimented for doing well in my Role Play Assessment!

3. I got to know more friends today! Getting their facebook in the process!

4. I deposited $1.00 into my Financial Freedom Account today!

5. I've managed to save $50 from the last 30 days from my Financial Freedom Account!

Bonus: I'll deposit the money that i've saved into my bank account every 30 days!
